Came in for lunch today
Had a whole crew working but yet the lobby was disgusting, floors dirty sticky, trash on tables and and soda counter, tables also had trash on them didn’t dare go into the restrooms…
Food: fries was alright nothing too great about it.
This location is constantly saying “we are only taking DoorDash orders”. That is such terrible service. You don’t turn away your customers that are taking the time to actually drive to the location. DoorDash orders should be a second priority.
The order was spot on. The servers were respectful and attentive but a little asleep. I love Arby's but I hate modern fast food dining rooms they are so cold and the seats are not comfy
Ordered dinner for myself and my mother. My mother was going to have the BLT. This BLT had one half piece of bacon, lettuce tomato and very little mayonnaise, the other half had no bacon, lettuce and tomato with a little mayonnaise. This was all for the price of 6.29 plus tax of course. I got all the way home before this shameful sandwich was discovered. So, I got to drive all the way back to get a refund. I let them know that I haven’t even had time to eat myself. I got no sorry for this terrible experience. Pitiful!!!!!!
It's fine for an Arbys. Biggest gripe is they don't have a public WiFi. How do you not have WiFi in 2024.
Went through drive thru waited 10 minutes walked inside and the guy was trying to rush the food out to us. The food was like warm even the fries apparently we were waiting on. I like arbys because the food is hot and never had cold food. I am debating if I wanr to go back to Arby's. Customer service is terrible tonight.
I still normally go to an Arby's and they have their tater cakes back that is what I always normally get as a side and managed to get us tons of horsey sauce since my dad actually likes horsey sauce.
The roast here is awesome they always get it right .even tho drive thru time is never the customer fault today a new employee confused their policy it didn't change my amazing service it was still five stars .I must honestly add in the delicious fast great food . Rachel is the best thing that ever happened to this Arby's she's very friendly and respectful and that goes further for me than anything else for real .I always drive a ways into town to eat here and it's always worth it.im a regular visitor
