Best WLM Reviews
Food was hot and fresh. Tables were clean. I didn't have contact with anyone because I ordered on the app but everything was great.
I stopped by for their heavily advertised potato cakes. I was told there was no such thing. So I thought small orders of fries were on special for $1.00. Well, they were not, but the manager gave me the $1.00 price. I sat down at a table and got what I deserved. Crinkle cut fries that were fried an hour ago. I did not complain because I got what I deserved.
10:00 closing time. Arrived 9:53. They turned off outside lights when they saw me pulling in. Regardless; pulled up to pay window since it WASN'T closing time yet. Young man appeared at window " We're closed". I replied not 10:00 yet. Shrugged, closed window, walked away.
Visiting from out of town. Had mentioned to my son that I was stopping by there. He recommended not going there because of poor local reputation. Apparently they've earned that dismal distinction.
The food was hot. Good drive through customer service
I very rarely leave reviews for fast food restaurants, but the young lady who helped me today was exceptional, so I made time in my day to write this review. Kiasha’s customer service was amazing. She made me feel extremely welcome and went out of her way to assist me with the children I was taking care of. She was attentive to all of my needs, and I have never been so well-taken care of at a food restaurant except maybe on a few other occasions.
Incredibly long wait time in the drive thru, absolute worst service of any restaurant I've visited in the Montgomery area, room temp food, will not be back
I stop here often, and the closing shift always does an awesome job, ensuring my food is hot and fresh. Thanks, guys!
Dirty, slow and not rude but no thank you, do you need arbys sauce? I had to ask and waited forever in the drive thru. Fast food is in profound decay these days and I hate to see it with Arbys.
