I ordered a chicken sandwich combo. It looked like a chicken tender sandwich and the fries were not fresh. They young lady at the window was very polite though.
This is the first time I've been to this location in a long time. The man at the counter was great. He was very nice. The food was delicious, and came in a decent amount of time. It wasn't busy, thank goodness. It was so cold inside that I could see my breath though, which kinda sucked lol. I love Arby's for all of the sauce options.
Service and atmosphere could’ve been a higher rating had I not received a pink burger. Halfway through it when I looked down and seen how pink of the meat I was eating. I would be a pest but that’s what I get for going so late and spending cash I could’ve saved but over all I’m disappointed I feel like the guy was the only one working that night because why else would you do this …. Smh
Waited almost 20 minutes to get to the speaker to order. We got to the speaker and then waited 10 more minutes for someone to take order. Pulled up paid…two other cars have already paid and had pulled forward and were waiting for their food. We then was asked to pull into the parking spot next to another truck that was waiting for his food…..we waited another 7 minutes to get our food. Also prices on their drive thru menu are not accurate….something else to be aware of. Will not be coming back!!
Turkey Gyros are my Fave and the mozzarella cheese sticks , and love the Jamoca shakes but the service needs improvement. There is always a wait then after you pay you have to pull up and wait again. Staff not friendly. They act as if they don't want to be there. The coupons I receive in the mail is my incentive to return.
There is room for improvement
I ordered dessert for my mom and sister and I got Fast service but my order of 3 apple turnovers tasted like they were cooked with fish because it was fishy tasting on Wednesday evening at 7:04 October 30th and I called that night and called back again today and no one answers Arby’s phone. But when they asked me did I want them warmed up maybe I should have said no. Because I lost $7.03 on 3 bad fishy tasting apple turnovers.
My order was wrong. When I took it out of bag at home I had ordered 2 beef and cheddar meals. They didn't put the cheese on either of them. Sandwich was dry and also not much meat.
I don't normally go to Arby's. No particular reason. I stopped in and had the Deluxe Fish Sandwich. The taste was good, and the sandwich looked like what was advertised. This will be my go-to spot when I want a fast food fish sandwich.
