Got a double roast beef sandwich, opened the bun to put some horse radish sauce on it and… I wish I didn’t. Many beefs were hard and stale. It looked like all the skin was on some parts and I gagged and gagged trying to get a picture. Even though I didn’t eat it I can say I’m not hungry anymore. Appetite lost????. I’ll probably be back in a few months IF I can get over this but, not a good experience. I love(d) their roast beef sandwiches, hopefully I can get past this.
Chesli served us, and she was Amazing! She was so kind and friendly her kindness alone deserves 5 stars. The food also got to us quickly and was delicious.
The turkey bacon ranch sandwich was great. Could tell ingredients were fresh and it tasted delicious, like it came from a real deal deli. Ordered online and was ready a couple mins later. Worker was also nice, one of the better Arby's locations I've been to.
Spent over $14 on a beef and cheddar meal with an app and I can’t even get a large drink? Plus they gave me the tiniest quarter sized squirt of cheese on my sandwich. It was really disappointing for being so expensive! Wish I could share the photo.
Have been a customer here for many years. Last order was totally messed up. Went back a week later. They gave me the "right" sandwich for free but charged me $2.39 for a roast beef slider with 1 slice of processed Arbys RB
They used to cost $1! It was pathetic. Arbys needs to wake up. Customers aren't as stupid as they think!
Excellent service. Food was prepared as it was ordered. Great atmosphere, entire crew was friendly and cheerful. Great location.
Our visit here was enjoyable. Very friendly staff. Freshly prepared meal made to order.
I have to give props to the staff. Been here twice on separate evenings and the staff are friendly - a huge and noticeable difference specially coming from south florida. Food is as expected but not bad. Order thru app was easy and has some promos.
