Twice I've come to Arby' and served by Manisha. Awesome, friendly. Great customer service. She saved me money both times informing me of the meal deals. That girl deserves a raise. Her friendliness and customer service is top notch. A rarity these days. It's rare to just see a smile.
This was by far one of the nicest places I've been to in Salem/Keizer. It was spotless. The service was wonderful. Everyone at the counter was jovial and kind. The ladies powder room was immaculate. Every local establishment I visited over the past few months was at the very least dusty if not bordering on derelict. Not this store. Keep up the good work!

Food was decent service was nothing special and they forgot a item and I live across town so not worth the gas to go back very disappointed. I was missing 1 big cheese burger no onions. And a crencle fry.
I bought the two for six. I chose the chicken sandwiches. They were actually pretty good, and they filled me up. It's not a bad deal for six bucks.
The staff are always extremely friendly and the food is exactly what we expect every time!
I am a fan of Arby's Roast Beef. I just love the taste of the roast beef combined with classic pairing of Arby's Sauce. I will admit I do miss the potato cakes though, the two fry options are ok but they are not to my liking. I have found another option though which can be substituted - mozzarella sticks. Yes, you read that correctly, deep fried sticks of ooey gooey cheese. They also include a small container of marinara.
Service this visit was great. Food was great. Overall, a really good experience.
I'm disappointed, I've been getting Abry's coupons in the mail for the last 20 years(even collect the ones my family receives) and usually about once a week I come through to get my 2 French Dips for how ever much they are(used to be $6 then went to $7 now they are $8). The lady at the driveway through on April 28th at 4:08pm(Carlie) said that you're NO LONGER accepting coupons. I love Arby's SO much my family and wife even get me gift cards for my birthday. Sad day
