Hey Arby’s what kind of bullshit is this? I ordered a large crinkle cut fries and half of it was curly fries in the bottom and some crinkle cut fries on the top. Is this the service customers get when they go through your drive thru?
Food and staff are amazing. Drive thru setup is horrible!!! Ruined 2 of my rims on the curb that sticks out further than it ever should and to top it off the curb is textured! I had to pull up tot the second window and as soon as I got to the second window I heard it and I already knew what had happened. I’m so mad.
I was having a ugh evening.summer left and it's cold...rainy..just..ugh...
Then the attitude of such an uplifting woman as she greeted me in the drive thru,fully turned around my night,,unexpected,needed appreciated...then I was smiling n happy and drove to wrong window and messed up there order and Tyler ,who had to deal with my mix up...still was helpful and kind ..and I wish I could remember her name so much cuz she then got me my food with an uplifting kind smile and genuine kind good intent...
And ..the food was of course,,perfect...
Thanks so much for the change in my day...priceless...
This Arby’s location was just okay. They made an error on my child’s order. Also, the fries were cold. Staff seemed extremely low energy. A plus is that there was someone actively cleaning tables.
Got the Waygu steak burger with bacon meal for $15. Worst $15 spent. Burger was so small and not the best compared to the pictures. Don't waste your money at Arby's.
Went around 6 pm for dinner . Food took forever . My son waited to go the bathroom for over 10 minutes just to have a female and male exit the mens room . Too many random individuals loitering . Won’t be coming back.
Food was fresh and delicious.
Staff was very efficient and helpful.
This is really poor service inside was closed that wasn’t the bad the bad part is 4 cars deep it took 30 minutes to get to window. For the fact the screwed my order up the first time. Who gets a French dip with the au jus but no sandwich
