Best WLM Reviews

Stopped here today to try the burger.
It was good, better than the other guys! Didn't live up to the hype, and wasn't put together very well but it was good.
Was very clean inside, drink and condiment station was clean, orderly, and stocked. Nice! Even the restroom was clean, but cold, and the hand dryer blows cold air too. It was a good time.
Desperate times call for desperate measures.
It's currently 1 PM on a Monday. I'd say there's a regular flow of customers. The cashier was helpful and got our order done quickly because everything we ordered was already prepared and right behind her.
No idea how long the stuff has been sitting there but they have a bunch of sandwiches pre-made and fries in containers before people even ordered. It kinda explains why my regular roast beef sandwich was dry.
The drink fountain works fine but the area around it is a disaster (see attached picture). No containers for sauces so we had to improvise with cup lids. One of the sauce fountain's cap was completely off, lemons left open and the counter is filthy.
Roxy, the cashier who took our order is the only one around taking orders from customers inside while also having to juggle the whole dining room. The kitchen is working at full but there's just not enough people to clean and serve.
It seems to me some people are missing here. If there's not enough employees to cover, where is the manager to fill a missing position? There's no reason why this place should be so dirty. Even the floor is sticky.
Overall, the food was OK but I won't be back anytime soon. This place needs help.
I ordered a toasted BLT meal with a medium fry and a medium sweet tea. It took them altogether almost 10 minutes to hand me the meal. I went to the drive-through and asked for a large fry fresh out of the fryer, I had a feeling they were going to park me, And that’s not what was frustrating but. Due to me being in a very big hurry, I ran inside with the mindset that I would be able to grab it and run as soon as everything was finished. Well I watched them bag orders that were taken after mine and run out of fries that I watched come up out of the fryer while I was standing there!!!! So I asked them if my meal was ready they looked at me politely and said no we’re waiting for your fries to get done, And they had to drop more fries in order for them to have the order that I had ordered. On top of all of that, The BLT that I had ordered was not toasted at all, and the sweet tea was not sweet at all. It was a regular iced tea, and I asked her twice for a sweet tea. The staff was friendly, but I can honestly say that almost every single time that I decide to stop by this Arby’s, there are many problems.
I got the good burger 2 meals, and the shake is tiny, the fries tasted like fish, and the burger was burnt with wilted lettuce mushy tomatoes and they forgot to put the sauce on the burger. Stick to cold cut meat.
Approximately 15 minute wait for food on a Monday at 5:30 PM. Curly fries were cold. Associates were pleasant and apologetic. Bathroom was clean.
Update
Arby's is great food. But the Horseheads store is clearly managed by someone with no clue.
This place is an even bigger joke than it used to be. Now they’re so concerned about the long waits in line that The manager (Julio) told me today that I had to pull forward when all I was waiting for was a roast beef sandwich. No one was in line but me either. When I asked them after getting my food why I had to pull ahead, the manager told me that corporate doesn’t want anybody waiting in line anymore so now we have to drive and find a parking space and wait even longer until somebody can walk our food out to us. Here’s an idea…. Why don’t you just try serving your food in a timely fashion rather than making your customers either wait or pull out of the drive-through and wait longer because you can’t do your job.

This location is TERRIBLE. Two days in a row this week I’ve waited in the drive thru line for over 15 mins when there was only ONE car ahead of me. As you pull up to the order speaker, you are told to wait and then you should expect 8-10 mins of waiting before they talk again. Today I actually got out of my car and checked to verify no one was ahead of me anymore and there was not. I still waited for 6 mins before anyone took my order. Total time before my order was taken was 16 mins. Ridiculous!
Update 7/26/2024: this place remains a joke. If I didn’t like Arbys food, I’d never come here. I’ve been in the drive thru line for 17mins waiting on a gyro. There has been NO-ONE in line ahead of me. And no one behind me. How long does this take? Michelle is the manager on duty. She doesn’t even seem to know how to talk to customers let alone manage a crew of employees
Having everyone pull to the side to drop your window time when there's no line is ridiculous especially when everyone has to go inside anyway because they cant get an order right. 15 minutes later I get my 2 wraps, with fried chicken instead of grilled and the wrong sauces. To go with my slider that wasn't edible. Couldn't even bite through the tender, tasted like it was old. I used to love this spot but I always just leave pissed off and hungry at this one now. The sip of lemonade you get with the regular size for 4 dollars was good at least. Plenty of ice to chew on after.
Wow..this place has gone downhill! Our order was so simple, yet they messed up every part of it. We had two chicken sandwiches and a small curly fries. Waited 18 minutes after being told to pull forward. Husband finally went in to check on our order and they told him they had forgotten to cook one of the sandwiches! Instead of giving us two hot, fresh sandwiches, especially after waiting all that time, we were given one that was old along with the "new" one (possibly refried) which wasn't even hot all the way through! Buns were stiff, fries were not completely filled and were just barely warm CRUMBLES and bits of curly fries. The tomato on my sandwich still had the stem part attached. To top off this disappointing meal, the sauce packet we asked for was sticky, and coated with sauce on the outside from another leaky packet. The icing on the cake was finding ZERO napkins in the bag. We don’t recommend this place. This latest batch of hires are terrible. Don't waste your time or money here.
