Horrible service. I watched the employees skip the 1st order on the screen (uber eats) for 3 or 4 other orders. Nothing about the order was complicated. 2 sandwiches, 2 sliders and 1 fry. Also saw employee #2 slide a sandwich across the counter where it hit the floor and employee #1 walk around it. Rather than speak to me, I hear employee #2 ask "what she here for? " Am I not right there to be asked?
Really poor customer service. At the window we had asked to add an additional item since no car was behind us. Cashier was rolling her eyes and had an attitude. When we asked for red ranch she was quick to say she needed to charge extra. The original sandwich was supposed to have red ranch. We never received the sandwich as ordered. Would have been nice if it did. Food was horrible. To make matters worse both fries were old- a combination of crinkle fries, curly fries and some chicken tender left overs. The grease or oil residue is old or needs to be changed. Lettuce was old and some parts brown. Do not go during the evening. Perhaps earlier shift is nicer and food better but I doubt it. Presentation was awful.
I'll always love Arby's their roast beef is the best, wish I could buy a whole roast to take home. Employees are always very pleasant and courteous, Kudos to the staff.
I was heading up northbound US Highway 301, and then I decided to turn into this place to get a quick bite to eat. Driving into the entrance way caused concern due to a Waffle House being adjacent. But, besides that, my food was made to order promptly with adequate service. I dined there when I got my sandwich. I was also watching the Summer Olympics on their flat screen TV.
If it's kids in there working, do better... If it's adults in there working, well, that's why you work at Arby's as an adult ... For the AMOUNT OF MONEY WE PAID, our order should be perfect ... Ordered a Classic Dbl meal with CHEESE SAUCE, I got a PLAIN roast beef sandwich.. my wife ordered chs sauces for dipping, nothing.. we had to pay extra for these things ... Food COLD, Drink watered down, fries cold ... Straight garbage
I ordered a roast beef with cheese it was cold with vey little meat. I will not go back .
This was my second time at a Arby's.
You advertise you have the meat however there was little of it.
Their kitchen needs retraining. Thank you for the response. But I didn't appreciate having to type out that entire link just to give a lot of personal information to provide y'all with feedback just retrained your kitchen.I hope in the future, the food is better
POTATO CAKES ARE BACK ! THANK GOD ???? went in for a Half Pound Roast Beef combo saw potato cakes are back upgraded to large size with out hesitation ????was absolutely delicious every thing Now this is the Arby's I grew up with they heard our plea to bring them back and they answered the call Thank you Arby's signed Repeat customer is back !
