P:S: Now that the Dine-in is open. The tables need to be cleaned up regularly.
Everytime we go there all the tables are dirty with left over crumbles of food etc. We usually sit for 45-60 mins but not a single employee comes and checks out to see if the tables are clean or not. Plus some of the employees are obnoxiously loud and annoying.

6/15/21 : Dine-in is now open.
Arby's is definitely one of the better fast food chains out there. The Place looks, feels and provides better service than most of the other ones.
Due to Covid-19 the Dine-In has been closed for more than a year now. The Carry out just opened up as I am writing this. They have been mostly running on drive through though.
The Dollar $ Menu from 2pm-5pm has to be the best deal among all restaurants. The selection is pretty decent too. The shakes and fries are really delicious. They keep adding something new to their menu which keeps it interesting. All Covid protocols are being taken into consideration
Also, It is conveniently located in WalMart's parking lot. So nothing like having a Root beer float on a hot day after some grocery shopping.

For the last 10mnths I have ad a pleasure of working at Arby's.
Zach and Amanda are a great team to work with. Zach is an awesome GM, I have enjoyed learning everything from him.
Amanda trained me, and I couldn't think of a better person to do that, she is my Girl, my most favorite Assistant manger.
It was hard leaving today to start my new Arby's Journey in S. Carolina, Arby's Portage will always be my forever home, they are my Family.
Everyone holds a special place in my heart...Joy, you are my Girl too,keep smiling.

I drove to get a simple sandwich with an iced tea, and I stayed to eat it in the dining room. It was fresh and good - and the restaurant is all Christmasy! Perfect! ❤️
Great roast beef sandwiches and curly fries. Clean and friendly.
Enjoy having their fish sandwiches! Kings hawaiian deluxe fish sandwich is so big. I was full after eating half! Curly fries are so yumm when they are fresh. Love their 2-5pm 1$ menu. The mint chocolate chip and Jamocha milk shake is so delicious! Mozzarella sticks and jalapeno poppers are the best! Staff is courteous and seating is spacious.
My wife went there for lunch and her chicken was raw in the middle. I called up there and talked to the manager Zachary and he told me that she could come in either today(which was yesterday) or tomorrow(which is today) for a full refund and a couple free meal coupons. My wife went in today and Zachary wasn't there but the manager Bre was and she was completely rude and acted like she could careless that my wife was served raw chicken. She only refunded the order no coupons or anything to make up for serving her raw food. We will never come back to this location all because of the manager Bre. Worst manager we have ever dealt with from a Arby's and we travel all over the country.
I rated everything 5-stars, including the food. I ordered the Gyro meal and wasn't really impressed with it. I just didn't like the taste, and I thought it was really greasy. Everything was hot and fresh, presented just as the pictures looked, so the taste part was on me, I just didn't care for the spices. I drive past this Arby's at least a few times a week, so I'll try something else next time. The people were very nice, friendly and professional.
Person who took my order rushed me for no reason and got my order all wrong. I hope you avoid this place and or they fire everyone and start over. Awful awful awful stuff. Clean it up.
