My first time here was so amazing as a kid. I'm now a adult and still love coming here. Love there food and shakes.
Great service. And for being fast food it was good. I was happy that they use real gyro meat instead of those weird thin strips that some use. This was cut right off the spit it rotates on.
Update: I expect Arby's service to be slow but this was next level horrible. We ordered online, but they put the food behind the counter and I still had to wait for the other 4 people in front of me to order and get their food. When I got to the front the cashier turned around and walked away to fulfill other orders. Fine. But once that was done she went to the fries and just watched them for 2 batches. Literally turned her back to me and the growing line of customers. After another few minutes of this I was finally able to flag down someone else who worked there to get my food. It was now cold and 100% unacceptable service. I love their food but their customer service makes it so I don't want to return.
I was originally going to get the beef n cheddar that I love but the Reuben sandwich caught my eye on the menu. It did not disappoint! It was actually one of the best Reuben sandwiches I've had! It was priced a bit high, for only my sandwich it was right under $8. For the meal it would have been about $12, a little pricey for fast food but it seems every place is about the same price.

My French dip was nothing but grease, the bun was soaked????. Mozzarella sticks were overcooked. The burger was just thrown together. So very disappointed !!!!
Ordered drive-through. My order was not fulfilled. I asked for Horsey sauce and Arby's sauce, and I did not receive them with my order. I have to resort to other sauces. I actually enjoy Arby's sauces. They make the sandwich. Other than that, our food was good, especially the brisket. Our drinks were not marked diet or were we told which one was diet when handed to us. For a person who can't have sugar, that didn't help. I'm not complaining, but the small stuff does matter to some people.
I love going through their drive thru and getting all the way home to find missing food. When you spend $30 or more ordering French Dip to find No dip, etc. The folks at a drive thru have one job!! At today's prices, you should definitely get all the food you ordered & paid for!!! It seems to happen alot. So frustrating, and if you call they will say drive back across town and we will replace the missing items. SERIOUSLY.......
It was right before Tennessee game, we went through the druve thru, they were kinda busy but quick. Service was great, food was nice an hot even after getting it home.
