6 pm July 24 crispy chicken club wrap.
Never saw SO LITTLE EFFORT put into a simple order. One leaf of lettuce, one quarter-sized slice from the top of a tomato, no bacon, wrapped in a tortilla.
Wake up! For a To Go Orders, add Arby’s Sauce Packets in the Bag. You Tape Up the bag as if you’re sending it UPS. When has someone not wanted Arby’s Sauce with their Roast Beef?? I get asking for 3 Pepper Sauce. Common Sense. SMH
This was the second time I've ever ate at an arbys in my life. First experience was horrible, but this location made up for it. I love rueben sandwiches and always forget arbys has them. Food and service at this location definitely second to none.
I came through Arby’s for some potato cakes. Rebecca severed me through the drive through and was the kindest person I’ve encountered in a drive thru in probably ever. That is the reason for my 5 star review. She made my day a lot brighter. There’s not many people like that anymore. Thank you Rebecca for your sweet and kind service. It was top tier! You are the kind of person I would want working for me!
DONT WORK HERE!! I promise you this, they treat workers horrible, will talk behind your back and start so much drama. You’ll never be appreciated here. As far as food, I know people who don’t wash the dishes and will just rise them off, they don’t get the cleaning they need in order to be Food safe (every 4 hours) Rats and birds live in the ceiling, hair in food, German cockroaches in the office/ employee area. a few employees always smelled and did not shower. Ants in food, employees touching food with bare hands. These are only a few things I’ve seen with my own eyes working there.
I went thru the drive thru. When I gave him my order, his voice is what I noticed. He was very professional and kind. It was a very sophisticated voice. Then I drove up to the window ND was able to put a face to the voice. A very nice gentleman. More drive thrus should have people like this. Lots of times they are high schoolers who talk among each other while helping the customer and sometimes it's people not from outer country that can't understand what I'm saying. Nothing against them at all, but the customer experience is diminished. Now if they understand and pay attention to the customer, that's a different story. This guy was amazing. I wish I got his name.
We had some issues. We went at 6:17pm we ordered for 3 people, first was the "fried turkey" meal with no bun and a small sweet potatoe fry, a number 12 with a small Dr. Pepper, no mayo only mustard and we also ordered my brothers a number 1 with medium fry and medium coke at the end. We got to the window paid but they had got only two of the meals ordered and they forgot my brother I thought they missed the drink we asked for it and got it, but when they handed us the bag. My husband thought the price was too low for what we ordered and had me check. We looked and they had missed it entirely we ordered his paid and waited an additional 5-8mins. We got gome to find they gave him a crispey chicken with mayo not the #12, my food was cold the fries were dry, the lettuce was brown wilted, and the tomatoes were colorless with means that they were very old. Given I do not make sense when I talk so it may habe continued to the confusion in the order for that im sorry and it is late at night ive worked in food service I know foods not so great towards the end but still needs look into to improve this is not the first time.
Only 2 in drive thru. We both had to wait to order and then pull forward, from the window, to wait. I ordered the new southwest chicken avocado wrap. I had to add my own avacoda dip, because there only was a drop of theirs, and there was 3 small pieces of chicken. See pic. My husband's shake wasn't fully mixed. It was a Jomacha with an inch of vanilla at the bottom, but they did a good job on the crinkle fries. Just disappointed. I worked as a teenager at arby's and tell everyone they have the freshest food, but what's happen to quality. Really going down hill here...
