Service in the drive-through was good. But got all the way home to Oologah to learn that they put almost no meat on my classic roast beef and cheddar...... pathetic
My family likes arbys but when my husband brought it home the curly fries were far from what we were expecting. I had to sort through mine to find the edible pieces the rest were small crumbs or over cooked.
I have never really liked Arby’s but my husband does so I decided to go on Friday and get dinner. I ate it around 4PM and by 8PM I was projectile vomiting with food poisoning and that lasted for about 8 hours. I lost 4.5 pounds in one night from throwing up so much. I will never return to another Arby’s and especially not the one in Claremore.
Placed an app order. Employees were friendly. Service was fast. Very easy experience late at night leaving the E.R. food was hot and fresh. Would definitely eat this location again.
I asked the woman up feint to wipe of a table for my family and she sed we are busy and walked of so I had to tell her there are no tables clean will you please wipe them off she got mad and wiped off a few tables then I get my order and I had to get some sauce from up front I asked a few times they kept ignoring me then the blond head manager slammed some sauce on the counter! They have great food but horrible service management and attitudes definitely won’t be back!!
So happy they have potato cakes again! We will definitely eat here more often because of it. Thanks
Could hear the employees in the back just being loud and cussing a little which I get they're just trying to get through the shift by my kids were with me and it just seemed unprofessional. The guy who took my order was very professional though.
Great location. Good, friendly people. Fast and efficient.
I do wish they would have sauces available self-serve. They put 11 packets in my bag and I don't want a single one of them. I wanted something else. So I don't really see how this is saving them anything.
