I always receive nice service when I come to this location & the food is always on par... Give everyone a raise. Seriously.
I would like to patronize this Arby's considering I work so close to it, but every time I go there, I'm rudely told to wait at the speak box because they say they are understaffed. How is an Arby's in Akron understaffed? That's just bad management. I like Arby's food, but I can't trust this location.
Slow and misguided in the dinning room. Pretty rough experience waited nearly thirty minutes in an empty dining room. Nobody knew where our order was and nobody cared to check on us. Just redid help for the drive through and ignore everyone inside
Frequent this particular Arby's for years. The past couple months things have changed drastically. I have to go elsewhere. I thought is was a one off but the past few times the food is luke warm. The drive thru is service is disrespectful at best. Sad. I've been coming here for years, but no more. I'll check back in a month or two to see if the service changes because I LOVE Arby's.
I truly wished I could give this location a minus 5 stars. They are ridiculously rude, the food is ALWAYS cold & disgusting anymore, tastes & smells like it has sat out for coupleofdays & then served to customers & they want to treat their customers like we are stupid, & that we are just Imagining the shrinkflation that their sandwiches have become. They want to continually say its the same as its always been, like you can't BLATANTLY SEE the difference!! So since they want to treat everyone like they are stupid, I wish everyone would show them just how STUPID we are & FORGET how to get to their location, & IMAGINE that they are already shut down & gone. Because this location needs to be put out of its Misery & everyone else's.!!
This place has confirmed to me that they sold to a local Goblin Predator named Chance aka Psyraxx. Refuse Sally and Ed, and Chance service or otherwise I will continue to give you 1 Star.
Out of roast beef the last 3 times we have attempted to go here. Probably won’t try again
Well I done it again! I went back to Arby’s and wasted 10 dollars including tip. They had the cheese steak advertised outside, so I thought, they really can’t mess up a cheese steak. Well they did. I seriously don’t know if this is just mushrooms without the steak, or is the steak in it. It didn’t matter the sauce was more prevalent than everything but the huge bun with nothing in it. I’m laughing because I shouldn’t have gone back. That’s on me. Trust me, don’t buy it. You will be so disappointed. It doesn’t even taste good. Basically all bread. Trash open up!
