Best WLM Reviews

We have eaten at this location many of times and they are always on top of things. Great food, service and super clean on the inside.
I don’t often go to Arby’s but I have gone to this location twice in the past 2 weeks. Both times I have been disappointed. I tried a beef and cheddar for the first time and it wasn’t for me. I did not finish the sandwich but knew I still could eat the fries. However, the fries were dry, stale and nothing you’d want to eat. I was disappointed with the first meal but decided to stop by again today. I placed a mobile order on the app and when I went to pick up my food they told me that they were out of the orangesicle shake and made me a vanilla instead. They also asked if I wanted to swap it out for a different flavor but I was okay with the vanilla. The main disappointment came once we got home and I opened my child’s kids meal and he was missing his nuggets. He was upset by this but did not want to go back to the restaurant to get them. And again, the fries are dry and stale. They also don’t offer an option for soda with kid’s meals unlike most other restaurants.
Really disappointed with this location and won’t be returning for a very long time, if ever.
The restaurant is fairly new and it was very clean. All the tables were free from debris and appeared to be recent wiped down. The food came out hot, correct and looked appeasing. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was ok. However, they do need to work on speed and making sure the cashier is trained and ready to be left alone.
I didn't think I've ever reviewed a fast food restaurant but this Arby's was great. Food, service and cleanliness stood out above most places I've been to, fast or otherwise.
WOW!!! I can't believe the speed of service, totally impressed ????. Oh and that Brisket sandwich, yes yes and but Yes. Good job to the people who made it happen, keep it up Great ???? Crew.
Every time I go to arbys the order is right. Could you send an employee to other fast food places to teach them how this is done.
UPDATE: I added another star to my review. I am extremely impressed that the owner responded to my review within HOURS of me posting it. I understand how hard the service industry has been hit, particularly restaurants. Thank you for seeing my review, taking the time to reply, and taking action! I have confidence that this issue will be resolved.

I ordered the new bacon brisket French dip. I've had it before from another Arby's and it was amazing. At this Arby's it was very poorly made. Just one bite of my sandwich contained cheese and there were only two, paper thin, 1/2 slices of bacon. My husband's curly fries were served cold as if they had been sitting out for a while. Our other fried sides (poppers and mozzarella sticks were warm.) We love Arby's and typically go twice a month. We just moved to this area and I am very disappointed in the quality from this Arby's. I am very patient and understanding, especially with staffing issues and busy drive-through's. However, today was not the case. The drive- through guy and the manager on duty spend most of the time chatting and joking while they worked. All I ask is if the fries have been out a while, remake them. When making an expensive specialty sandwich, take pride in your work, or at least make it how it's supposed to be made. ( the picture is of my sandwich showing the only bacon and cheese on one half. I added my own cheese when I got home).
All I got was an order of potato cakes. And I was in there for 25 minutes. The service was horribly slow and the girl working the front had the attitude of a rock. Finally got my potato cakes to go. Got into my car sat the bag with potato cakes on my leg for a second., while I put my purse down and when I picked up the bag to get the potato cakes out there was so much grease that went clear through the bag. It was on my shorts. Totally ruined my shorts and I couldn't even eat the freaking potato cake.
