I ordered Fried Mac N Cheese bites and realized they were burnt. I showed them to the cashier telling her that they were overcooked and I know they are because I order them all the time. The cashier told me "I dropped them for 4 minutes and if I do it again it will come out the same way every time, sorry". At that point I realized she either knew they were burnt and didn't want to recook them again or she really thought they weren't burnt. So I decided to leave because I didn't want to argue over some Mac N Cheese bites. I just wanted to leave this review because I'm disappointed that she thinks they were cooked properly. I can't even bite into them, they're hard. Waste of money.
I always roll through this drive thru during a bi-weekly trip I make. I’ve been going here for about 4 years. I was very surprised by the great service I received the first time (truly, I just expect poor service at QSR) , which is why I kept going back. The team is always kind and pleasant. The food is always tasty
There isn’t Arby’s where I live in Chicago, so I do appreciate my interactions here.
The young lady at the counter talking our order on August 5th, 2024 was THE best counter person who's ever taken our order, anywhere! Gosh, I wish I could remember her name, but to the managers, look up who worked that late morning and give her a huge raise. You should be very proud to have such an exemplary team member. Owners, she represents your store and she does it so very, very well. I'm proud for her, sweetest most professional team member we've ever encountered. We thank her so much for the wonderful experience.
I can confirm, upon careful research and review, that they do, indeed, have the meats. Staff at this *particular* Arby's are among some of the friendliest I've seen.
If I'm being honest, I've never been big on fast food, but if I *have* to grab something quick, Arby's is one of my top 3 choices, largely because they publish their full ingredients list and make it easy to find. I have a food sensitivity to garlic, so I try to avoid it, and you'd be surprised how difficult it is to get a *full* list of ingredients from most places.
If you want sauce with something, don't bother ordering it because you won't get it. The last 3 times I've gone here, I have ordered sauce with my chicken. All 3 times, I have not received any sauce.
It's a fast food restaurant in a gas station, so if you can accept that, everything else is good. I love the Arby's roast beef sandwiches, the Arby's sauce and the Horsey sauce.
The employees were very helpful as I inquired about kids' meals.
The chicken salad sandwiches were great. If you want roast beef sandwiches, they are good. I might not go out of my way, but if you are around an Arby's, it's ok. The new loaded fries are decadent. So bad, they are good.
I had to sell a kidney so I could buy one sandwich. Seriously, prices are ridiculous. Customer service is out of this world though.
