Want greasy old food, here is the place to go. This was my last straw with this location, I took a fry back because it look like it was cooked in old grease, which it was… and the gave me more burnt out greasy French fries, then proceeds to say “the grease is old that’s just how they are” if it’s old change it?! 1+1 is 2 why yall making it seem like it’s so hard? The ONLY time this place is good is when the manager is there working I believe it’s a foreign older guy, very nice, and makes sure the food is great, other than that this place is a$$. Do not recommend!
We have been to this location several times and have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. Today however, they needed to close. They are out of just about everything. As soon as we walked in, they informed us they're out of all fries and buns for the roast beef. No problem, we can improvise. Unfortunately, everything I tried to order, they were also out of. We finally found a few things to order and the food came out right away. We sat down to eat and immediately noticed the roast beef sandwiches were rare and bloody. The soda syrup was running out of multiple sodas. Every single table in the lobby was dirty. We ended up throwing our food away and left. We watched car after car leave the drive thru with no food. We watched person after person walk out. I have no idea why they'd even be open today. The staff was friendly enough and explained that the delivery truck was supposed to come before they opened this morning, but still hadn't come as of 4:00 pm. That's completely understandable, but just put a sign on the door and close before wasting people's time.
I did not have an issues with anyone working. And the lady in the drive through was very nice. I’m giving this a 1 star because I asked for no onions on my sandwich and they were on it. And then when I grabbed my sandwich out of the bag, it barely weighed anything and this is the amount of food between the slices of bread. I spent almost $15 on a meal that doesn’t even have $5 worth of meat in the sandwich. If this is a corporate thing where they’re slimming down on serving sizes, but this is unay
Attempted to order during my 30 minute lunch break 8/21/2024 but apparently unless you are in the drive through your order does not count. One associate said she would be with me in a minute but after 10 more minutes (I had already been there5 or more) I had to leave with not even giving my order. So much for meeting or exceeding expectations

Stopped in for the 5 for $5 deal they had going on. Unfortunately more than half the "toasted" buns for the sandwiches were burnt. We don't usually eat out or eat here because the prices have gotten pretty crazy since 2021 and it just isn't really worth it with all the mediocre service in the area. We may try this place again some other time but probably not anytime in the near future.
Ashley is the worst employee ever. Complete and utterly RUDE and disrespectful to customers. This is my second experience with her. Today I placed a mobile order, and when I got home realized I was missing 2 sandwiches. Went to pick them up, called to let them know, in which she decided to argue with me, and call me a liar. When I arrived at the location, she still continued to argue and accuse me, as well as mutter things under her breathe while making my food. She also stated she was ‘general manager’. I will not bw back due to her attitude.
I had the Lamb Gyro, and it was delicious! The pita wrap and the lamb were fresh. Wait time was short and the staff was friendly.
