Food was not hot and fresh and to be honest Arby's has gotten way to expensive in recent years. I can go out to a nice sit down and eat restruant cheaper then Arby's fast food with horrible customer service. I ordered beef and cheddar 1 pound large meal with a extra beef and cheddar double. It's a joke they don't have a single meal that will actually fill you up without ordering a extra sandwich. I'm not a large guy either.
The food was excellent, it was hot, looked like the menu picture and really hit the spot. The service was wonderful, super friendly staff. I will definitely be coming again when in the area. Expert tip, download the Arby's app ahead of time you get some amazing deals!
Placed an order through the Arby's App. It glitched during the payment processing. The order didn't go through to Arby's, but charged my bank $56.74. This was the last bit of money I had from today's work. I showed the employees the Settled Charge. They would not make the order, which was going to feed myself, an 8 year old, and a 61 year old disabled Mother. So now they have $57 of my money, no idea how to refund it and couldn't care less that we have no way to eat tonight.
DISGUSTING POLICY

Restaurant was dirty, the girl taking my order was nit interested in anything I ordered. My order was completely wrong. When I told her she shrugged her shoulders. Told me they no longer have the loaded curly frys nor do they offer market fresh BLTS. IM SO DISAPPOINTED
The thoughtful lady who took our order was so diligent making sure it was correct, I greatly appreciated that after spending $50 on 1 meal for our family
Ordered a Buffalo chicken slider, and got a chicken fry, almost no Buffalo sauce on it all.
I got Mac n cheese for my 1 year old who is eating solids and I tasted it thought it tasted funny and I seen the expired sticker so they r Serving old Mac n cheese! The manager was very rude and trying to lie for her staff that wanna serve old food not to mention got half the order wrong. Will never be back
The food was average, and we ordered a half pound French dip and was charged for it but was extremely skimpy on the meat. Drive through service was not friendly.
