They shrinkflated my Reuban sandwich! It was dry, and the bread was thicker than the cornbread and sauerkraut put together.
The cost of two meals, two drinks, and two large poppers came to $46. That used to be dinner for two at Olive Garden or Outback. To pay that price for that sad sandwich, the "main course" ????.

This was by far the worst experience I've had at Arby's, I usually have good things to day about exit 5 Arby's. But I literally had to waste gas 2 times to go back and fix my order, and it was wrong the first time, the second time the bun was BURNT to a CRISP. NEVER eating at this Arby's again. ????????????????????????????????????????
Mobile order. Picked up food in drive thru this time. Good thing I looked inside bag. There were no napkins in the bag nor were any sauces offered.
Slowest drive thru in the state probably haha, it was pathetically slow, and they probably will complain about not having employed, well, PAY THEM MORE and you will.
I really like Arby's but it been disappointing visits lately. Last time our gyro was made so poorly. Bread not in one piece. Someone had ripped it so every bite squirted out. This visit...the grease need changed so bad. They are turning out brown nasty fries. The meat on the French dip was all in one lump in the middle. Make it like ur going to eat it! It like no one here has ever worked fast food! Wish there were another Arby's close. The fries are dark heavy and greasy. Old oil.
Went today around 6pm. Incredibly rude cashier. Took almost 30 minutes to receive one combo despite being the only customers. Floor was sticky. Cashier made it very clear she did not want to be there. Avoid this location at all costs.
They were rude and all high off there ass and couldn't get my order right 3 times and over charged me the wrong thing
Made an online order and was told by a manager to come in one hour to pick up my order instead of the designated time.
I arrived when I was instructed and was told to come back in another hour, but I refused.
The order can’t be canceled or refunded in store or through the app. I am currently in the process of filling out a complaint form on their website to try to get my money back.
Terrible experience all around.
