Everything we ordered was hot and fresh and the service was phenomenal!
Cole, Gabby, Lisa and Cheyenne were all so friendly that I ask for each of their names to acknowledge them for their amazing customer service!

Very hungry after walking Dollywood all day. Purchased the special of 4 Classics for $10. Picture of I if them with a very burned bun and meat. I've never had a burned sandwich at Arby's. What happened to cause this and why was it served?
We use the mobile app and went to go pick up our food. This location is right on the main highway and easy to find. The people working at the location are a little bit sketchy. However, the one gal working behind the register in the location look like she was a crackhead. The lady that brought us our food was really nice and put a bunch of Arby sauce and horsey sauce in the bag. I’m not sure why it took almost 15 minutes to get six sliders. Not happy that they switched our order and instead of getting four buffalo chicken sandwiches we got one buffalo And four regular when it was supposed to be for Buffalo and one regular. I’m not sure that I would recommend this location to anyone considering that there are several other Arby locations in the area. Highly disappointed since I love Arby’s so much. Please please get it together and think twice before hiring people that look like a crackhead. So you know, employees that look like crackheads don’t make people comfortable when ordering food. FYI I’m sure the gal is super nice but again super sketchy and tweaking all over the place. PS, you should definitely download the mobile app. You get much better deals on the mobile app.
The food was great, but our service was delayed as they gave priority to the drive through customers. Also, the dining room needed to be cleaned up. There were only 2 tables available that didn't have a messy surface or garbage on the seats or floor. I guess next time, we'll use the drive through!

My roast beef sandwich was good, but my wife’s turkey sandwich we got appeared to have not thawed properly and was really watery. The bacon looked questionable as well.
We were the only ones in the restaurant - everything else was good.
Nice outdoor seating. Service was a bit slow, but was friendly. The strawberry cream pies were delicious...hot and freshly made.
We got two orders of old dried out fries. It would be nice if they would trash old fried and make fresh ones as needed. I'm sick and tired of paying for food that I can't eat.
