The food at this Arby's was pretty good, but the portions were small. The box of fries was about 3/4 full and the roast beef portion on the sandwich was small, even though a medium was ordered. We also had a chicken sandwich and the chicken was very thin. The lettuce and tomato were fresh, but there was way too much mayonnaise on the bun and I had to remove half. You may consider asking for it on the side. Service was slow. The worker at the counter ignored customers as she continued her job of stocking and didn't greet the customers until she finished. The location is convenient for a quick bite while traveling, if only they waited on us more timely.
Attached to Pilot station which is one reason we stopped... Love's and pilot are the best convenience and gift stores aside from the one on the reserve. Decided to get a quick beef and cheddar before we headed back on the road. Kind, friendly, service although the young lady couldn't understand my 95yr old grandfather so they gave him the wrong style of fry. Was quickly fixed upon realizing by Kim the mgr. Thank you for that and recognized he was a veteran and also a senior discount was applied. Not the cleanest Arby's but they were busy and noticed when we were leaving someone coming to sweep and clean tables. May have just caught the prior guest at the table mess. Fast and kind service. Thank you.
In general, I like Arby's but this location disappointed. My biggest disappointment was with the curly fries. I picked up my order and sat down and the fries were cold. When I approached the counter, the kitchen worker said no problem a new batch is up...sooo, when they served me fries (half of which were those little bits and pieces and ends plus being cold), she already knew that a fresh batch was about to come up...smh
while the workers were nice, this place e got me so sick. I ate dinner here and within 5 mins my stomach had serious pains. I then proceeded to throwing up violently until 5am (started at 10pm). Never again!

Ordered a to go meal. When driving, opened Burger and all the lettuce, sauce and condiments weren't even on the burger. It was on the side of the wrapper. Wish I had two more hands, so I could give this place 4 thumbs down! They bring new meaning to the term slanging burgers.
Very pleasant crew. Anna was great and friendly. Food hot and fresh. Very appreciative of the great service and availability in the early early hours in the morning. More so that it wasn't just available, it was served with great customer service. Kim(I think that was her name) was in back quick and friendly. Great job guys!
