Best WLM Reviews
Ordered through Uber eats. None of the Arby's in Louisville, have the great taste as the one on 3rd St.
It just tastes better. Fresh, juicy delicious. Very very pleased!!
This Arby's offered a clean and tidy dining room, professional acting staff, and consistent food quality. My favorite thing by far, however, is the huge vintage sign out front!! I remember it being there from at least the early 1980s. I hope it's there for years to come.
Great lunch, fast service ????
i ordered sides of the cheese sauce and there's so little in the cup you can see the bottom. I won't be going back to a place that likes to cheap out it's customers
Ordered a #5 but didn't receive a meal instead received just a burnt sandwich and the 2 cheddar cups I ordered but had no fries to dip in them. I explain that I wanted a combo and not just the sandwich but then got charged for a fry and drink. Cashier couldn't have cared less about anyone. The customer behind me had to ask for his change back. Downright rude from the moment she walked in from break
Why, Arbys Why?? Why is your milkshake machine always "down". GET IT FIXED PLEASE!! Your milkshakes are awesome but they're rarely available. They're have been 6 visits since May that I've attempted to order one and your drive-thru employee responds, "I'm sorry our milkshake machine is DOWN." GET IT UP AND RUNNING CONSISTENTLY PLEASE AND THANKS.
fast order taking and short wait fries hot shake was delicious gyro was better then I thought it was going to be all around A-1
The employees are always on point with friendly & fast customer service. Their team works well together and it shows. I've tried their BLTs recently and enjoy the new addition to the menu. Cheese Sticks & Jalapeños Poppers made fresh to order is always consistent & tasty. Their Jamocha Shake is a yummy sweet treat. I've always like the old nostalgic Arby's sign out front. Keep up the good work everyone! I'll be back.
