This place NEEDS a surprise visit from the health inspector. I just went in to order food and could not even stand in line because the smell of human urine was so strong. I could not, in good conscience, eat food prepared in this location. It was so strong it was as if they were pumping piss-scented fragrance through the ventilation. Not to mention this location constantly has issues with homeless people.
Worst customer service experience ever! Food was cold and not edible. This is why people do not eat a Arby’s now. Also, When I first walked in, the manger (who is the large black lady), looked at me and rolled her eyes. The when I asked her if she could make my fries over, she snatched my fries out of my hand and stormed off. This place is so gangster and low budget. We have to do better as Americans
The new Arby's Wagyu Steakhouse Burger is a SHOCKER!!!
There wasn't any Arby's in burk so I took a small trip to this Arby's to see what the hype was about. The cashier who attended us was very friendly and our food came out very quick.
The burger was DELICIOUS and definitely far better than any of the other fast food chains. I definitely recommend to ignore what social media says and try the burger and make sure to go large for their curly fries because they're so good.
Also, a little unknown secret is that there's a little bell that you can ring for great service.
Arby's been around for decades and their fast food is consistent since I started eating there during the '70s. Today (Sunday) this place was slow (needed more employees in the back cooking) and the curly fries were under the "heat-lamp" too long. The Smokehouse Brisket was pretty good.
Certainly one of the best by the book good ole Arby’s in the entire NOVA. Taste is good and always consistent. Management is very friendly and often times honor even expired coupons. Service is great. I highly recommend. My fave is the French dip sandwich. ????????
The service was good. I would go back for the curly fries. The roast beef was tasteless. The chicken was just as thin as Chick-fil-A.
I’ve ordered from this store two or three times now via DoorDash and each time they forgotten a main part of my order. One time it was the 6 piece mozzarella sticks and another time it was my sons entire kids meal that was left from the order. Will not be ordering from this place again as it’s just too much of a headache to try and fix their mistake when they don’t complete the full order.
Never manage to send the entire order for delivery, French dip and Swiss with no aujus, ordered cheese sauce for fries at .90 for a tiny container. So I have to pay for the sauce and then no one bothers to put it in the bag.
