This is a good Arby's. I went to drive-thru around 10 pm and moved quickly. Employees were friendly and professional. My food was made as I requested and served hot and fresh. Everything was delicious! If you haven't tried Arby's cheeseburger and crinkle fries, they are both really good.
My mother eats here all the time on her lunch break, and I am usually on the phone with her while she is ordering. Ms. Jennifer always gives her great service and even knows her order by heart. While this was hilarious to me it also made me very happy because we no longer receive honest customer service anymore. Ms. Jennifer is always cheerful and ready to take my mom's order (regardless of the fact she is always in their drive thru). Special thanks to Ms. Jennifer for not only the great customer service but also for the effort because we don't see this as much from employees especially in food service.
I want to say I have nkt been here in a long time but it is great to see they have nit change when it comes to great hot food and Customer Service was on point.Thank you to the Cashier and Manager on duty for the great service.
There really wasn't a lot on the menu that I was crazy about until I got the BLT. I don't think it is listed on the menu, but they do have them, and they are fire. The bacon is cooked just right. If you aren't into roast beef, this is a great option.
Went to the drive-thru and they screwed up our order then acted like it was our fault. And this is after stating what we wanted three times. Hourly employee attitudes. ????
Waiting in he drive through for 20 min. Was still 2 cars back and that car had been at the order box for 5 min.
This location has the best employees. I have visited the location numerous times and every visit has been great. The service is outstanding and the food is great. I highly recommend this location.
