Shift manager was rude while in the drive thru waited 10 minutes before being greeted at the window. Checked the food and it was cold and barely anything on the sandwich. Definitely recommend going anywhere else but there. McDonald's and Wendy's is across the street to there and save yourself the hassle
Love this Arby's. My mom and I would eat here every time we came to Olympia. Now I take my kids here.
Waited in line for over 40mins got my order ,so happy I have my order and got home. Unwrapped the 2 french dip and the 2 fish and 1 Rueben. The Rueben was so soggy the bread was falling apart all the way through! small lump of corned beef and half a piece of swiss cheese !! THe fish burgers were the same soggy and that was without the lettuce and tomato! Dared to open the 2 French Dips (MY usual favorite) Ha! Bread was ok meat was circa half as much as before, and yes a half a slice of swiss cheese on each one. Called the place on Harrison and explained the problems, asked if they could deliver a reorder since this one was uneatable. Apparently they had no delivery drivers even though the web says the do deliver and they use "Doordash". It was suggested I come back to the store and pick up a new order. Screem! I already waited 40mins in drive through line, wondering If I would run out of gas before I finally got to the window. Can't say how disappointed and disgusted I am at the moment and I will think hard and fast about trying this arbys again since this is not the first order problem from there. O.K. wait for it, I got ALL this for only $33 ! P.S. I did feel sorry for the young man who did seem new, he tried very hard to be calm and helpful . GRRRR!
I really didn't want to go to McDonald's for obvious reasons, so I went for a filet of fish because they're supposed to be really good, only to find out that there are seasonal item and won't be back until at least January.
Paul/Shift Manager... was very professional and highly hospitable. Very welcoming and made me feel awesome as a 22yr Active Duty Retired Air Force Veteran. He exemplifies what Arby's stands for with taking care of patrons. Will frequent Arby's more because of Paul's exceptional customer care!
I hadn't eaten Arby's in years before I gave it 1 more shot ND I remembered why I stopped eating it. Nothing ever seems fresh coming out of any Arby's. The lettuce is always limpy, slightly translucent and brownish???? It's just always a disappointment and a waste of money.
Seating area is really nice, good menu. Service wasn't great, but they're ok.
Nice Arby's with generaly acceptable food, but not all burgers are actually good
