My breakfast sandwich came so fast as if it was already pre made, and the bun was so greasy.
Decent place, it's another night at a truckstop. This one happens to have an Arby's. I ordered the farmhouse salad.
Most of the time they are good. This one sucked.
Pretty much just all lettuce with a very small sprinkling of turkey a few bits of bacon maybe a reason of cheese a couple small pieces of tomato. Really was lacking in ingredients and volume.
Just lackluster and disappointing and not very filling. I will have to go back and order something else as I am still hungry.
Fact of the matter was I was concerned the salad might be too big as the picture made it look enormous and I had even asked if they had a half size version like at Wendy's.
Oh well, I hope they don't mess up on my next order in 5 minutes time.

That fries ordered last night was just not food for people, is a trash-it's the true way to the illness, and if u sell this to people to eat, then the state should shut this location down, burger was ok. Share more details with your team, like what? Isn't the pic enough about this fries, what details, how they tasted? Ask the team to go and order and eat them so that will be more details...
Very unorganized and discourteous. Left inside and used drive through. Much quicker and attentive. It was late, employees were probably tired. Unfortunately they forgot our jalapeño poppers so we had to go back inside and get them.
Old food serve order ready in 30 second how ??? We paid u not to get old food when I left then I see what u do with my order service ????????????????????
The cashier is very nice, overall it's pretty slow getting your food. For some reason they think sandwiches need to be smashed. I thought I got the one in the bottom of the bag but they were both smashed.
My sandwich and fries were fresh and hot, but the real stars of this pit stop were the staff. Amber was an absolute sweetheart at the register; very kind and friendly. Front area was clean. No complaints.
Half of the time food/service is good, the other half is a different story. Order accuracy is a crap shoot. In fact the only thing consistent is the fact that it's going to be slow. Slower than any other location I've been too.
Milkshake machine is "down" every other time I go there. Sucks too, only live 2 miles away.
It's a toss up which is worse: the Wendy's or the Arby's at the Airport exit. Won't be back to either one of them.

I feel the need to ammend the review left previous. I have been coming back for about a year and must say that the service and the food has been top quality. I realize that our nature is often to complain quickly and loudly, but it's important to recognize a job well done too. Well done
