I was told that “it depends who’s working” if I can get the loaded fries or not. So instead I ordered a slider. It came out cold and sauce dripping from the wrapping through the bag. This is what happens every time I go.
Excellent service & food. Love the mint & chocolate shakes. Mac & Cheese bites were good too. Handicap parking & entrance
Yeah, went and ate there, haven't had Arby's in five years or so because of my last experience at an Arby's. The Portage one was just like going back in time where I stand at the counter forever and no one helps me. The place was a disaster and no one was even around. I don't give it very high stars and will probably just not ever go back. While my not going will have little to absolutely no effect, maybe I can save someone a few bucks and hard time.
Have stopped there 5 times ,and three of the five they where out of beef. I'm not talking late at night this is between 7p and 8pm. WHERE'S THE BEEF?.
We had no idea how the drive thru worked and they ran our food out to us as we were lost in the parking lot. The employees were fantastic, the food was crispy and fresh, and I can't wait to go back!
Fresh & Hot Food! But Cashier was MIA when we got there. Staff all standing around talking in back. Tables Dirty. U GOT TIME TO LEAN U GOT TIME TO CLEAN!!!
Felt so sorry for the team that was working today. Saw 2 worker's and they did a great job getting orders filled and delivered. Loved the gal taking the orders. Very cool calm and on top of everything. Those 2 should get a paid day off.
You 2 should be proud of yourselves and the promptness of all you did. ????????
I am typically sympathetic with fast food workers, as they are not treated well at times. Our experience at Arby's the past 2 nights was absolutely humiliating! My wife works until after 9 pm, so on Monday, Nov 13, we walked into Arby's about 9:20 so we could sit down for 15 minutes to eat. (store is open until,10pm) No one was at the counter, and after several minutes of trying to get someone's attention, a redhead finally came to take our order. She was clearly annoyed that we were there, and hurried back to continue something that was much more important than customer service after she took our order. By the way, cupcake, customers ARE your business! We quickly ate, and left.
Against our better judgment, we also decided to eat there on Tues, Nov 14. We arrived about 9:30 (remember, store is open until 10 pm) As soon as she saw us we heard the redhead in the back exclaim "oh, my God!" and sent someone to wait on us.
The gal that waited on us was clearly embarrassed by the whole scenario, but pleasant.
So, if you ever need to feel sub-human, and be treated like a leper, go to Arby's late, when the redhead is working. She has absolutely no people skills and should only be working where she never, ever has to interact with another human being.
