I just want to say 'thank you' to Ms. Victoria for her stellar service despite being the only employee on duty today! She worked the drive-thru, the counter, and the kitchen all by herself!!!! And she still managed to smile ???? ????. Girl, you did that!!
Went here during a Sunday drive and the meat on my sandwich was very dry, the curly fries were over cooked and the soda machine was without flavoring. Very little cheese on my wife's beef and cheddar sandwich as well.
I showed the lady that Arby’s posted up that they were giving a free entrée for veterans. She had no idea that it was Veterans Day and told me there wasn’t doing that., and then she told me to go online and order it and there was no way to order it online to show my ID not even with ID me extremely lazy workers, unprofessional, and a waste of a trip.
First of all they said they could only take cash through the drive through or you would have to go inside to order?!?! Luckily we had cash no big deal.. then they give us some old crusty curly fries that looked like they scraped them off the floor a week ago. Why would someone even consider giving those out?! We were baffled. Trust me the picture does not do justice you could have used them as a weapon they were so hard.
I like Arby's and if you go here the food will taste just like it tastes at other Arby's. However it always takes them a long time to get your food ready. I ordered the Beef and Cheddar combo and it took 30 minutes to get it to me. I really hope they can improve their service time because I like this restaurant.
Had the meat mountain today it was so delicious. Service was fabulous. Everyone had a smile and a great attitude. I was also the second person who ordered the meat mountain today. If you want a meal to fill you up for under 20 bucks. Get it with a large fry and Sweet Tea.
Had to Put one star down because can't put none this was the worst food I ever ate the Fry's we're cold and tasted like it was a day old and the roast beef was crunchy never going there again
I went to order the new good burger meal and they told me to pull up while they prepare my food. I sat they’re 20 minutes waiting. So then I exit my car and went into the lobby and the manager told me that he was wondering why I was just sitting there this whole time and he gave me my food. It was cold. I asked for my money back, but he insisted that he would cook me fresh food. And after all of that, they still gave me the wrong fries. The meal comes with crinkle fries not curly fries at this point I was just over it.
