I have been going here for years I spend a good 60/ 100 a week here, the guy manager was so rude to me. I won't be going here ever again. I'm always respectful to everyone at this establishment. But once I'm disrespected I will take my money somewhere else. The rest of the staff are always so nice and sweet
I came here this evening to pick up some dinner and the lady in the red haired woman in the drive through was the nicest person I've ever had in any drive through before! Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!
The Beer batter fish sandwich was not that great. The fish was oily and just ok. I was really disappointed with this sandwich. Although I usually do enjoy everything I get from Arby's. I believe they may have to try again on this one. Either that or this particular branch is not doing something right. This was a lunch time purchase so I can't imagine that the oil was getting old. But it was definitely pronounced on the fish and made it almost intolerable.
Stopped in for a quick bite after the beach. Heaven was the cashier and I've never met a Heaven before so that was cool. She actually brought my food out to me and pretty quick too. The bathroom is big and clean with a shiny red tile wall. I had to take a pic.
$11 for a 3 piece chicken tender meal. Tenders were so small and they were refried, no wonder the drive thru lady ran away after she gave me the bag. This location should be embarrassed.
Simply Put: The food was good, though not overly exciting. Arby's used to have a greater flavor profile. This was ok. The customer service was wonderful. That alone caused me to make multiple trips to the restaurant, while in Jacksonville.
Absolutely LOVE the mozzarella cheese Stix & keep the potato cakes!!! They're my favorite with horsey sauce & Arby's sauce~~delicious ♡
Super clean Arby’s , friendlt staff Shantell was so kind. They are fast and efficient. My fish sandwhich was good too
