They prioritized the drive thru and made the people inside wait for 10+ minutes for even small orders. The sandwiches came out cold. The roast beef was extremely thick compared to what it should be.
Maybe it was a bad night. They were out of sweet tea, the order wasn't right, wait time ridiculous. People pulling out of line an leaving. Curly fries were room temp at best. The roast beef luke warm at best. I understand things happen I'm ok with that. I do have a problem when every aspect of the visit was below decent.
We waited over 30 minutes at the drive thru for one sandwich! We went inside to check on the order and stood at the counter for 10 minutes and no one was available to help us, so we left and ate the money. We know fast food workers are swamped but hope the store will invest in a better process.
Abysmal experience tonight. 25 minutes after ordering I went in to ask where my food was. They’d forgotten to bring it… but needed another 5 minutes to make the fries. Then this was the “large” fry and beef and cheddar they gave me.
I’m never visiting this location again.
I placed a simple order online to be picked up at 5;10 pm. I got at drive thru and they told me to pull up because my order wasn't ready. The girls were not pleasant and never once told me they were sorry. I ordered ahead because I was in a hurry but 5 cars behind me got thier orders before I did. I ordered the special double meat for $7.00 so it was not anything special a out my order. I am still sitting here as I write this and it is 5:30 pm. 20 minutes after my pick up time. We will see how much longer I have to wait...very unhappy and will not order from Christiansburg again. Very rude staff and poor service. I hope my food is good atleast. We shall see after getting it, and I don't know how much h longer that will be
Ordered a Beef and Cheddar and when it came, it was cold. They really went all-out with their cheese sauce too. Terrible service at this location and they have messed up my order more than once. I’ve had to drive back to this location because delivery orders are always wrong.
I’ve eaten at a lot of Arby’s and this is the best Arby’s in the nation! The staff is super friendly, the store is super clean, and I’m confident in the food. Greg is the manager and he does a great job running the store.
Can't rate the food because we just walked in to order and stood there for 15 minutes and no one would take our order. Everyone once in awhile the drive thru lady would walk by and ignore us and the customer behind us. She eventually was complaining with other employees that management sent to many people home and "that's what happens". We asked if anyone was going to take our order; was ignored again. So we left. Wasn't even busy. 2 cars in druve thru, maybe 2 or 3 inside. Now I see why.
