Best WLM Reviews
The restaurant was very clean and the staff had excellent customer service. They got our food out quickly although they were short-staffed. I tried the wagyu burger for the first time and it was really good and great quality. I was never one for roast beef sandwiches, but I definitely like burgers. My husband loves this place. I will visit this location again ????
I ordered this Rueben sandwich for delivery off the Arby’s site. Pretty good sandwich for a fast food restaurant. Soft, fresh bread, lots of meat and a good balance of sauerkraut and thousand island dressing. I prefer my Rueben sandwiches to be grilled, but I can understand how that would be difficult at a fast food restaurant. My only issue was that the sandwich was delivered about 30 minutes early, so the melted cheese got cold during the time I had to wait before I had time to eat it.
They left the most expensive item out of our bag. Try to call when my husband got home. The phone rang about 100 times. They finally lifted the receiver but would not talk to us. Have tried multiple times today to call, NO ANSWER!
Not the most accurate with oreer taking, but the staff is always friendly, food tastes good, and the dining room is always quite clean. Staff is more than happy to fix any mistakes
Though not a lot of people eat here, it was actually great there menu has increased since I was working there as well. Overall it seemed amazing fresh food and the service was better overall. I didn't work at this location though wish I had seemed friendly
Worse Arby's there is. Yes, the one right next to Chick Fil A. My wife ordered 2 Arby's Roast Beef sandwiches, which mine had a pile of flour on the bottom bun. I returned to the store and the inside was closed but I could see about 5 workers on the inside. I went through the drive-thru and waited 8 mins to get my order taken. The lady on the loud speaker was rude as hell. I asked for the manager and she said she was the Manager. I wanted a refund but she said she couldn't refund my sandwich because I didn't have the original card. Never heard of that at a fast food place but the manager Gina needs some training on customer service and her ends clipped.
I am giving 2 stars only because of my previous good experiences at this location. I work in Rowlett and normally, the service is fine and the food is a good value. However, my visit on 5/16 at around 11:15 AM was terrible. Despite a short line, I waited in line to order at the front register for close to 15 minutes and eventually just walked out. There were only two customers in front of me (one had children they were ordering for as well). One employee was responsible for taking care of the front register and the drive thru apparently. His focus was on drive thru and not the front register. We were clearly not the top priority because each customer was waiting a long time to get helped while each drive thru order was attended to promptly. The family with children in front of me was Spanish speaking and the employee was having trouble communicating to them about what they could and could not order. He asked his colleague who spoke Spanish who was cooking the food to translate something for them, and then he left to take drive thru orders. He must've taken at least 4 drive thru orders and did not return to the register to help them even though they were waiting to order and just needed something communicated. This lasted for around 7 minutes and he continued taking drive thru orders and not coming back to take the order of the Spanish speaking family in front of me making them and me wait. I finally had enough and left as I didn't have all day and there other options in town with much better service. I understand restaurants are short staffed these days but it is unacceptable to just abandon your front register customers and waste our time. I doubt I will return.
Well maintained & despite appearing to be shorthanded, the service didn't lag. Didn't care much for the seasonal fish sandwich - not that others do a superior job. Corporate thinking on buns requires radical change. Advertising something that has preparation challenges (skinny bun, pale tomatoes, hard fried fish, etc.) does not invite repeat visits.
