I love the Fried Mac & Cheese Bites however on this particular visit I was highly annoyed once finding out the condition of my food!! MY VISIT WAS OCTOBER 11, 2024!
The employee was nice. He handed me my bag and stated that the Mac & Cheese bites were hot as they had just came out of the fryer. Well, to my surprise...once down the road and about to enjoy my food, THEY WERE BURNT!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I would like them replaced!! The condition of these Mac & Cheese Bites is totally unacceptable!!
Ordered chicken sandwich. Chicken was very old and hard, like chewing leather. Two bites and returned the sandwich to the manager. They would not refund. Manager was nasty and unprofessional. We were finally offered two (coupons). After leaving, we noticed the coupons expired 2/28/19. We've eaten at this Arby's before with satisfaction. The night crew is not qualified for customer service or food preparation.
The African American lady working night shift on Thursday November 14th approximately around 9pm must be fired for her attitude. She is not representing the best interest of the company, rushing her customers, being impolite and not knowledgeable. 0 patience and 100% attitude.
We haven’t been to Arby’s in years and probably won’t visit the location again.
Great service and great roast beef. Love the curly fries and definitely a great value for $12 compared to alot of places these days. Highly recommend eating here if you want some good food, service and value!
We dined in on the 4th of July while going into Ocean City. The cashier acted like she didn't want to be there. Never smiled or greeted us. She walked up to the register and just stood there. Perhaps she should have requested the day off. The food was cold. And, the potato cakes tasted like they were fried in old grease.
The kings Hawaiian brisket sandwich was slamming. The staff were some of the coolest people ever. One of their shirts read " you eat sandwiches, I make sandwiches. We should hookup...that was epic! The curly fries are money and the price was very fair. A lot of bang for your buck. The establishment appeared clean and well tended for. Cool place and the food was served hot fresh and quick.
I was here with my girlfriend on the way to the hospital. My girlfriend is very sick and has lupus and passed out at the beach. I forgot to add fries on the order for my girlfriend. The woman at the drive thru gave us attitude and told us there’s cars behind us and we need to go back around. There was one car. I came back around and she said “exactly” after i ordered my fries to give me some sort of attitude. I paid for my food and she shoves my card back in my face and says “here”. This kind of behavior really just rubbed me the wrong way. I can’t believe employees like that work here.
My girl loved her Greek gyro we had to back to get another the next day lol. Only issue dine in was to cold
