The new hamburgers are really good. Employees were very friendly. Also, the dining room was extremely clean. Will be coming back soon.
So the service is a 5*. The ladies at desk were both polite and quick. The food was good but I don't know if they changed their chicken strips but they're not good anymore. Fries were ok. Had an apple turnover. Apparently they're cold now? So that's different. The bathroom was mostly clean but no paper towels. So I had no way to dry my hands.
If I could give a 0 star I would! I’ve eaten here maybe 3 times now. Haven’t had a problem until today. Just got home and I ordered a Hawaiian deluxe fish and they just slopped it together. The worst part is the cheese is hard so that tells me it’s been in the sandwich for awhile. Disgusting! I’ve worked in fast food for a long time, and I would never serve customers food I wouldn’t eat myself! Lazy that’s what it is!
Arby's is super good and very conveniently located. Love their roast beef and curly fries with a little horsey sauce!! I'm in heaven!!
Waited in the drive thru for 10mins only ordered 2 2 for 7$ meals. Horrible customer service. Not even apologetic. Was no one at the store to take this long for service
My son and I went through the drive thru, and our order got messed up, but I didn't realize it until we were already back on the highway. I paid around $25 for my order, and the order we got was only $11.
It made me fat, processed food. Midwest diabetes. Get pan fried or baked fish. N a salad. Lol
Great service today, I made a mistake on my order and the manager when out of her way to make sure I got what I wanted, and the food was amazing today. Definitely made my day.
