I got a completely raw chicken sandwich. The only part cooked on it was a little of the outside ring of the patty. Called to let the cook know, was told it's a common problem with someone hitting the fry button instead of the chicken one. So definently an issue with undercooked food.
Ordered Delivery and they closed early and would not fulfill my order even though I paid and the delivery driver went to pick it up. Driver arrived and they said they were closed at 11:50 a whole ten minutes before they're supposed to. Won't be back. Train your employees better!! This was on 9/10/2024
Tried new 2 for 5.00 wraps and the Bacon Chicken Cheese fries which both were good! The tables were all dirty so we cleaned one to sit. The floors were sticky with spilt drinks. Service was accurate and quick!!
Honestly this Arby's is one of the best fast food locations I have ever visit. First of all, customer service was outstanding. We came in for dinner late one night after church around 8:30pm. Employees were all polite and attentive with smiles on their faces. The inside of the restaurant was very clean and decorated beautifully and thoughtfully with Christmas decor. It felt very cozy and you could tell someone put a lot of thought and effort into those decorations. Food came out quickly, it was hot and fresh and tasted great.
It is hard to hit all those marks with fast food establishments these days but because of this we will be returning to this location.
The drive thru person was so rude and a miserable human, snatching my money and giving me dirty nasty disdainful looks.. I was so disturbed at how nasty he was I called the store and the assistant gm was very dismissive of my issue...
The person taking drive thru orders right now is a complete moron and doesn't even know how to take a order!!! We had to drive off!!! Who hires these people?!?! smh!
Incredibly slow- we stopped and only one person was in front of us and it took 20 minutes
Bad food bad service. Decided to pay extra for a diet doctor pepper. I got water flavored doctor pepper.
