Waited 12 minutes behind two cars, only to get an entirely different order. Not the first or second time for this experience at this location. The drive-through cashier was ho-hum.
Awesome.
The meal was awful and tasted like it was cooked in the morning than set under the hood all day. The curly fries that we didn't order were burnt too a crisp our dogs wouldn't even eat them. The only thing that was worth eating was the pumpkin turnover. What a waste of money after being at the hospital for hours. Thanks for Nothing Arby's!
Well i shouldn't expect alot from anything with a drive-thru and this Arby's location did not disappoint. We went here due to convenance and ease of access over other Arby locations in town. But of course, luck would have it, it all started with ordering. i clearly asked for 2 of the same item, and only got one, the one manager even got on the pa when i enquired about burgers, like i had asked her employee the wrong question or something so she chose to interrupt him and join in on the conversation, then i even repeated the order the way i ordered it to him, and he gave me total then when he handed us the bag luckily i asked about the sauces as there were none in the bag. It was was one of those should of stayed home moments when we got home to cold food, and incorrect order. At least the wife's French Dip looked halfway decent. Definitely rethink your dining options if your in the mood for something quick.
Not sure what's changed at this location recently but it's gotten really good. It was never bad but recently the food has just been better, they don't skimp on the meat. The service is quicker and just better. Jimmy at the window is awesome but kudos to the whole staff. Please keep it up
Went to try the fried turkey gobbler & would get it again. However, I will not get it at this Arby's. We ordered 2 sandwiches and 1 soda & it took 17 minutes to get our food. The drive thru was quite busy & food seemed to be flying out the window but we were at 1 of only 3 tables being used. Sorry, no excuse for leaving your walk-ins for last.
drive threw was very fast and the food was amazing! I highly recommend the fried mac n cheese balls! i’ve never been to arby’s that had such fast and quality customer service
Food was horrible. Got the deluxe burger and it was a hockey puck. Fries were cold and hot apple turn over was refrigerator cold??? Definitely won't be back.
Have to share that we were helped today by the kindest, most patient gentleman named, Robert, despite apparently being the only person at the restaurant, he provided excellent service and quality food. Thank you, Robert…Arby’s is lucky to have you!
