Great place to eat. Service is good and the place is clean. The problem I have is with their app. Tried to create am account and put in my email and it says it's the wrong format. I've done everything I know to do so I guess I don't get to join in on the rewards. Oh well.
I went through the drive thru on 11/15/24 & ordered the Arby’s #15. It took a long while to get through the line. Not sure if they were short handed or what. When I got home with my order, the food was cold. The sandwich looked pretty thrown together. the fries were cold. The service was not that great. I understand that it was a Friday night, but I observed one of the employees walking out the back door and looking, then that same employee pulling someone from the back, giving them her head set and walking around on the front line with her phone in her hand. The day before that I went inside on lunch break and the crew was all over the place. This was on 11/14/ 2024. They were just moving in a slow place gossiping about something. Customers were waiting to be waited on & one girl, who I perceive to be in management came to the front and looked at what was on the front to be served & looked bewildered. Me & the guy in front me left. The drive was not backed up, but there was a car waiting for service as I was leaving. Not returning to this Arby’s any time soon.
We ordered 12 chicken sliders and paid for 12 but only got 10 and it looked like had squeezed them after they wrapped them . I will be sure to never go to the one in muscle shoals al again.
I love Arby's. Muscle shoals staff is usually awesome. The sandwich I tried wasn't great. I'll stick to my regular meal from now on.
It was better than the last time. The food was great but we got the incorrect sandwich and it was done to late to get it corrected.
So tonight my friend went to this Arby's while I was on the phone with her and the guy asked her if she wanted to donate to this hunger campaign and she declined and the employee came back not tonight but you want everything cooked fresh my friends mom is battling cancer and she has four houses she is supporting plus her mom and then he said I am religious I make a ways to donate!!!!!! And the employees name is Al
Everything was perfect ????????. Great customer service, super fast getting my order, and the place is super clean. Now, I often go to Arby's; I've tried so many in different states, and here the food was really good ????????. So, I totally recommend this place to everyone passing by.
Ordered my food and watched the woman preparing everyone's sandwiches lick liquid cheese off her fingers. After licking the cheese off her gloved finger, she continues to make another sandwich... adds more cheese, then licks pinky finger. Then goes on to prepare the next person's food with her slobbered on gloves. I had to say something to the manager to get her to change gloves before making my food!.... come on people
