It's Arby's, I know what I am getting. Things don't change much in the Fast Food industry, and when they do, it's generally for the worse.
This Arby's was clean, the staff was amiable, and I was satisfied.
Generally speaking, I don't do FF as when I was younger. My sandwich and fries were above "warm". I left satisfied, I had an Arby's Melt and Curly Fries. Things I haven't had for years.
Stopped by due to the convient location near appointments we had on Tuesday Sept. 20, 2022.
Polite, fast service. The tasty food that you would expect from Arby's.
We had the classic beef and cheddar and the curly fries. Both definitely signatures of Arby's and very delicious! All the food was hot, fresh and tasty.
It had the meats! It delivered! The cup sizes for lemonade being different than regular drinks is abhorrently absurd and a bad business practice. Not to mention a waste of millions of dollars worth of plastic that could be used on paper cups with a standardized measuring system that doesn't exclude lemonades.
We were at the drive thru window and asked to pull forward. We sat there for 15 minutes. I walked in to ask about it, I was asked where we parked? And then one e.ployee even made a comment about why would you park there. I was upset and told them most people who go to the drive thru dont know where to park to wait.
I would have left a 1 star review because of the wait and employee comment. However the shift lead/manager said they would make the 2 meals over. He got us fresh meals and a coupon.
The food was great and fresh. It was a misunderstanding between the employees and me on where to park. They did not make much of an attempt as we did park right next to the drive thru.
Service 1 star, Food 5 star.
No matter how many times I come here, the staff is always top-notch! It's always different people too, but that just means that they hire absolute rockstars. Thank you guys for always be on top of things!

I ordered the chicken salad and got about a table spoon of food,when I was done had one and a half slices of clean bread to throw away,I called and was offered to drive all the way back to get a different one,as I had gotten a ride there and my ride was gone that wasn't an option, for what they cost this was disgusting
Employees too busy talking took 5 mi. To take.my order and another 10 min to get my food no one in the restaurant but 1 other customer couple cars thre drive threw. Went up to counter several times too busy talking 10 min later got food. Did t get receipt so can't pro e if paid for or not ordered a 1/2 lb roast beef got a regular. The manager ordered the girl back to the counter 3 people questioning what I ordered. The original said oh sorry. The second asked her same thing then just smiled at me. Someone says ohbwe half the half pound sitting right here. THE APARENT manager blurts out was the order right tenu start checking the screen rudely back and forth like I'm trying to steal from them I know what I ordered and no receipt to prove it. Finally got the replacement sandwich and there were still grouping about it. The first 2 girls came out to lobby. The first was acti g like she was kidding from the back. The second who was smiling was wondering around and kept looking at me smiling Lome yep we did it again.
The main issue I've found with Arby's is how they assemble the sandwiches and how sloppy they are. This was not what happened. Our sandwiches were made well and our fries were fresh. My fiance tried the fried Mac n cheese balls and said they were his new favorite thing. The restaurant was clean and the service was great.
