Kind of a weird day at Arbys. I come here all the time and enjoy, food comes out fast and accurate and people are generally friendly. But today, some people were here (seems like maybe they are upper management?). I had to witness them be really rude/condescending to multiple employees during my lunch. On at least two separate occasions, I saw something a worker said repeated back to them in a mocking tone. “I didn’t even get the email” or something like that.
I feel really bad for the employees here because they don’t deserve to be treated like that, and it makes me feel bad for ultimately supporting these rude higher-ups by eating here.
If you’re an employee here, sorry you had to go through that today.
Went through the drive thru and made an order with a #2 and a #1 with no cheese
On the receipt it said they both had cheese, when we asked to get it changed the girl just stared at us and closed the window, came back a few minutes later and said it would be a while to change the receipt. When we got the order neither had cheese. Went to ask for it and was given the smallest amount of cheese I could get for the order I paid for. Again no words were said. No apologies or anything. If they don't care about their jobs why are they working there? I'm not going back to this Arby's again. Poor service, lack of care or empathy. Just blank stares and no words from the employees.
My perfect daughter begins with a strawberry shake you might want to try some of the limited time fried mac and cheese balls, also seasonal best pumpkin spice turnover is a real treat. Arby's has the meats and I'm all for their classic burger, or if I'm feeling feisty, 2 for 7 classic chicken sandwich always hits the spot.
Brown Sugar BT, no lettuce extra bacon old and taste like jerky. Nasty !!! I bought 4. $30 wasted. Y'all gotta do better!!!
Food was fresh and hot! Served in a timely manner. Servers were friendly! Restaurant was clean.
Went Thur the drive thur simple enuff order two french dip subs one with curly fries one with potatoes cakes was ask to pull forward to the arrow which never saw wait there for close to 20 minutes got out my ride went in showed my receipt lady was like what's that im like the receipt for the food rhat was paid for and i am still waiying to get she says no really i told him take that to you awhile ago welp he got lost in that 10 feet cuZ no food the other person working gave my order to door dash but in return i got the door dash order as well as my own lady was cool as a fan the other man was totally lost
so good! love it! as a certified cheese fry lover, loaded curly fries were great.
Gone here to the drive through and nobody never said anything. And the lobby wasn’t busy at all ????
So hard to find people willing to work while at work…
