The staff was absolutely amazing. We were greeted immediately by a young lady with a smile. Made sure our order was right and even brought our food out to the table for us. Food was hot and fresh can't forget delicious! 10/10 definitely recommend ????
the service couldn't get any better! the food was hot, turnovers were fresh, always has fresh brewed tea which my wife loves. the management has done a great job getting this place back together. we will be back
At first my order was wrong but when i came in to complain i was met with a very kind team member who put fixing my order above all and what i got back wasnt only ehst i ordered, (hot and fresh) i also got a small shake to make up for just how badly they got my stuff messee up the first time ???????????????? while i was waiting i was chatting with a couple employees who had explained the issue and apologized for the mixup and i got to listen to them joke around a bit. Overall team was kind and fast paced and food was hot and customer service was pretty damn good too ????
It was overall very good i felt very welcome when they were taking my order and it came out very quick
Good customer service, fast pace hard workers. Allot of the overweight customers cry allot for no reason, typical of them tho. 10/10 customer service!
This is the worst Arbys ever.
Always takes at least 10-15 minutes to get food at drive thru. Had to repeat order at least 3 times! Then took at least 15 minutes to get order!!!!
This is definitely NOT fast food!!!!
Worst experience! Sandwhich was sloppy, so bad sauce & cheese all over bun, turnover cold. This was in los lunas. Dont go there!
Sat in drive through with one other vehicle in front of me for 25 minutes, food came cold and drive thru attendant was not friendly at all.
