I pulled up to the drive through and was told to wait for a minute. There was absolutely nobody else in lying and it took them five minutes to take my order. At the window , they acted like they could care less whether I was there, and when I got home with my food it was the wrong food. I actually do enjoy their food when they get it right, but this experience was horrible!
I love the specials. And the Reuben sandwich is the bomb. Lots of sauce and I also like the classic beef as well. The cashier is a bit slow , but friendly. I think she is getting the hang of it. Everyone was doing a good job. Compared to getting the orders out as quick as possible. Don't forget to ring the ???? bell. Keep up the good work on keeping the lobby and bathrooms clean. And the kitchen also looked good and clean too.
Cash only, forever to acknowledge that I was sitting at the order menu and food was cold and soggy. When I asked for a receipt, she acted as I had offended her. She shut the window and I left. Made McDonald’s service look good.
I've gone inside once and through the drive through once and they were both different experiences. When I went inside it was great service and very clean and nice employees with hot fresh food. But the drive through wasn't a good experience for me. The staff wasn't very nice. She was incredibly quiet then got mad when I couldn't hear her. She had to re-do my order in the kiosk multiple times changing the total each time. I paid $30 for two meals, and got their smallest drinks which I didn't know they came with the smalls, and waited a very long time in line and there wasn't anyone else in line in front of me. I'm not sure if she was training because there was another person there not in a uniform but, still a little disappointed. Just know you'll be spending $30 for a small meal and it's not the best service.
It was great going there the service was great except my nuggets was hard and my grandchild didn't eat it. My food was delicious though. Everyone should go try them guru's they we're delicious????
The dining room was just remodeled, very clean inside, great customer service, food was cooked fresh to order ????
Wife picked up lunch for us. Couple of bites in found a nasty taste. Open the sandwich and found what looked like chewing tobacco. looking closer it may be grill scrapings. Either way called the store and they acted like it was no big deal. Said they order in the meat and they jst heat it. So sad! Oh ordered no onions. See picture
My husband had to argue with the staff in order to receive the deal they had advertised on their sign outside the store. We almost didn’t purchase our meal until one of the employees finally went outside and looked at the sign. I like Arby’s, but I don’t like THIS Arby’s. They seriously need a new staff. And their prices are getting ridiculous.
