Lobby was open so that was important. Lady at counter was nice , friendly. Ordered a med French dip meal. Sandwich was basically a bread sandwich. Not much meat. Disappointed. Curly fries were as always delicious and Arby's sauce hit the spot.
Make sure to ask for extra sauce I asked for lots of both sauces and ketchup for my large fries and 2 large sandwiches. I received one of each sauce and the roast beef was falling off the bun and oddly moist. I wouldn't go back to this location even tho I love Arby’s. For over $10 worth of food with a “special” they should be able to give you more than two packets of ketchup and know that a large fries needs more.
Excellent Arby's location! Staff is very fast and nice even on a Saturday lunch rush. Sandwiches were hot, overflowing with meat. Even the curly fries were fresh. Don't forget to ring the bell for great service ????????

You should have a place for mobile orders to pull up and park or pull up through the drive-through. I placed my order through mobile app and then had to wait in line behind multiple people as they proceeded to order their food. What’s the point in using mobile ordering if I have to wait in line like everybody else?
Ordered bufflow chicken and meat was raw and they refused to refund the money
Arby's is a childhood memory for me that they'll never live up to, so my review tries to account for that. I had their cheese steak which, compared to Cheese Steak Factory, is 3.5 out of 5. The bread couldn't handle the ingredients and started falling apart on me. The curly fries were just ok. Maybe they've always been mediocre, but I remember their food being better back when I was 10 years old. Of course, I'll still be back for a regular roast beef next time we're in the area. ????
Those expecting the Arby's corned beef reuben to look anything like the flyer picture will be very disappointed. The reuben was a cold, ugly, made in advance, then microwaved and smashed thinly into a foil wrapper. The sandwich looked more like a piece of a truck tire than the delicious picture. Arby's. Never again!
