I've not eaten at Arby's in months. The app today finally had a special I loved. I ordered and ate inside. The store was clean, associates were professional and kind. The music playing is what I like and the food was prepared well and tasted great! Thank you for a great dining experience!
Rudest people including Manager I have ever encountered at an Arbys location! Wanted to argue about everything and then would not take my order. They really must not want any customers! Ended up going to the one of of Hwy 150 in Hoover, AL and they were very nice. Great food and service there.
I normally like your food, but today I got 2 of the wraps for $5.00 and the chicken was so hard around the outside I had to spit 1/2 of it out. And the curly fries were hard and dry. I work nearby, so I really would like to get better food from you.
The lady at the drive-through was very rude and she didn’t place our order right. When we pulled up to the window she kept saying what the total was didn’t try to change it just had a smart look on her face. Totally disrespectful the worst drive-thru experience I have had today if fact ever to be honest. I don’t recommend going to this restaurant due to poor customer service.

Their curly fries are the best fast food fries. Paired with the three pepper sauce for dipping they make a terrific combo.
This Arby's is very convenient to my home and office. The food is always hot and fresh and the service is always fantastic. I have never had anything but positive experiences at this Arby's. Everyone is so friendly. I always order at the Drive-Thru and Brandon is usually working that position. He has a really great personality and the perfect temperament for working in a busy, fast-paced customer-oriented environment. When he is working in the Drive-Thru, he always greets me by name and remembers my usual food and drink order. Kudos to the Hiring Manager for putting such a great team - management and crew - that works so well together in place. I highly recommend this Arby's for delicious food and fantastic service!
I love this Arby's Morgan road in BESSEMER,Al Arby's needs to bring back the potato cakes that was the worst mistake of their business career of their life I hope the owners think about it ???? Wi-Fi and free ☕ coffee veterans in senior citizens
