Could help a gentleman in a cast with the door. Apologizing in her return with a huge smile, she helped me with my order. I love your wraps and I said I know you discontinued the one wrap but told we she could make the wraps from any sandwich for us. My hubby had the chicken and I had the turkey ranch bacon. Both were delicious and fresh. She also brought out our hot yes--hot fries. Again every time with a smile. She checked on is twice to make sure we were ok while checking the restaurant was clean and orderly. Jenn is a very hard worker and with a smile too. Great job having a manager like her. My co-worker and I stopped in for a quick lunch. To my surprise, there were no vegetarian options. The manager quickly thought fast and "created" a sandwich for me.
I'm not sure if any other Arby's would do this, but this one did! Fantastic! Plus, my sandwich was TREMENDOUS! Thank you!
I go to the Arby's in Leaders Heights on a regular basis. I would like to give the manager a huge shout for his polite, kind, and patient service. He is so efficient every single time. I wish there was one of him at every fast food restaurant. Give him a bonus for the best customer service.
WOW ????... I just had the most incredible experience that I've ever had in my 59 years of life. The gentleman taking the order was AMAZING ????. His voice was clear, calm, "he never interrupted me during my complex order", and he was able to understand what I wanted, when I wasn't. lol To make things even better, he included all sauces in order, because I pulled away without my food. ???? That's a different story. I say the order was complex because I didn't oder items in correct order. This gentleman should be the world ???? trainer of "customer service communications taker"...
Food is above average; Value (with coupons) is excellent; service (Jen) was exceptional.
I'm not a drive-thru guy (even for carry out); it's always nice when being served in the lobby when you're greeted with a smile and top-notch customer service. Hey boss - give this gal a raise! It's people like her (Jen) that keeps your customers coming back!
The fish sandwich cheese on fish was nasty look like it sat out all day and fries were nasty and I go there all the time this is bad
Arby's NEVER disappoints. The food is served fast and fresh. Arby's menu is unmatched when compared to the other fast food choices. We've never been disappointed, and we don't think you will be either.
The food was great! The staff were kind and courteous. I requested a few changes to my meal and they were accommodating. Overall, great experience. We will be back!
