I could not believe this was an actual Arby’s restaurant. I ordered a “Classic” Roast Beef sandwich and it was disgusting. Instead of shaved meat it was some kind of sliced meat like bologna slices, it was cut thick (gross), it had fat and gristle all over and the meat was gray (like the kind of gray you know not to eat when you see it gray), edges had a tinge of green. I pray this new “meat” is only at this Arby’s otherwise will be yet another place crossed of the list because their cutting corners on quality!
Ordered through the drive through with night crew and my food was IMMACULATE! Best Arbys I had in a while, you can tell ALL the workers care about the customers by the way they prepare the food. I’m still eating as I’m typing this and I wish I ordered a large of everything. Thanks for making my night!
Had an issue with my order I ordered the two can dine and some of my order was made incorrectly and Ricardo was very helpful with making sure that my order was remade correctly I appreciate him going above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer
Horrible customer service, never again so rude, didn't give us time to order and kept saying ANYTHING else. Without letting us pick never coming here again
This Arby’s is absolutely foul. Got there around 11am, ordered and the food was all cold like it wasn’t even cooked. Got motz sticks that were still frozen in the middle and the sandwich had cold meet on it. Just to add insult the soda wasn’t even filled all the way from the drive through. Old lady in the drive through also seemed really miserable. There’s way better food options in the area avoid this one
I'm not a big fast-food fan, but even with that said - this location had expectantly good food l, it was clean/well taken care of and had good service/friendly staff; so, if you like fast-food, this Arby's is worth a visit.
Just do the roast beef here. That's what they're known for and that's what they do the best. For the second time I tried one of their limited time menu promotions and for the second time I wasted my money. The Market Fresh pecan chicken salad sandwich at almost $6 with tax was neither fresh and had scant evidence of pecans. Stale bread (as before when they promoted a Reuben) with a pasty mix of processed chicken bits spread over 1/2 of each portion, a few grape appearing pieces mashed on lots and lots of lettuce. It was take out on the way home and wasn't worth the trip back to return it. It was a Sunday so maybe I got what was left after a busy weekend, but it was awful.
To their credit, their roast beef is consistent with what Arby's has been know for over the years. Going forward I'll stick to that. (Although sometimes I have to arm wrestle the older lady at drive thru for that extra packet of Arby's sauce, lol)
