I got the Big Cheesy Combo meal and the burger was "pink" in the middle .. took it up to the front as I was dining inside and the Mgr said "our burgers are cooked med well" .. I'm sorry but anything "pink" is still UNCOOKED BEEF .. same with Chicken as you can still get Food Poisoning from it .. the girl who was the Mgr Didn't EVEN OFFER TO REFUND MY MEAL which cost $12.19 and these ppl want $20+ an hour to cook food .. Next Step is to report this establishment to the Dept of Health.
This Arby's have very nice employees, and is very clean. I have only been in here two times, and there was only one person. But I have a feeling during lunchtime this place will be busy. I always get the Market Fresh Turkey Bacon Ranch Sandwich.
Clean all around. Not to busy. Our order was a bit slow to come but food was served hot and fresh,a bit sloppily put together though. Employees weren't overly cordial but greeted us kindly. I wouldn't go out of my way but I'd definitely stop back if in the area again.
I have been to this location a few times in the past month or so, last night on december 5th was the most recent. They have all included long wait times and the only employee who helps me is the older gentleman who works there, he takes my order, he prepares my order, he bags and hands me my order, the young girls in there scatter like rats when a customer comes in. Absolutely pathetic to see how they leave it all up to him to run the place and they just hide in the back.
On Saturdays, August 17th, we ordered two of the burger specials; one Chessy Bacon w/o Cheese and Sauce and a complete Duplex burger. Needless to say the order was overwhelming because the first cheesy bacon came with cheese.
Update 11/15/24: we took a chance and went back to the Mt Pleasant Arby’s and ordered the same burgers; this time lettuce, tomatoes, onions were very old and wilted and no favor to the burger; clearly there is a management issue with maintaining quality of their products; we also visit the Greensburg location and their burgers are fantastic. So, it’s apparent the Mt Pleasant location does not want to deal with these burgers. So, we will not visit this location any longer.
Upon returning to the counter, they provided another Cheesy Bacon and it had the sauce included. We could not get the cheesy duplex w/o Cheese and Sause.
The Deluxe Burger had no sauce so it will be a while before we go this this particular Arby's location. Please note, this particular location is a training location for Arby employees!!!
I ordered delivery The food was awful my chicken sandwich you couldn’t eat it was hard as a rock.
This place has went DOWN HILL since the remodel. Just went for gyros and it was absolutely disgusting. The meat was undercooked , in fact was actually almost frozen in some spots. Then I called to tell the manager about it and she was extremely rude and off -standish. Denying my claims. I'm not one to even complain but this was unacceptable. Quality is lacking. Arbys was one of the top tier fast food establishments in this area, now I will never return. The money you spend on this supposed Quality, isn't worth it anymore.
Staff in the drive thru was just so rude. Food once again was not that great from this location either. Won’t be back.
