If I could rate all of the food, service and atmosphere a negative 100 I would. The customer service was horrible very rude, the food had mold on it (see picture) and fries and jalapeño bites were cold! I don’t wouldn’t even send my worst enemy there!!! The lights at the front counter were so dim no wonder why they probably could see what they were making! And when I when back up there to let them know and speak to a manger the man manger had long hair and didn’t even have a hairnet on when he was remaking it!
Probably the best Arby's I've ever been to in Michigan. Great customer service, very clean, and the employees are very nice and seem to actually enjoy their job.
I'd highly recommend this not only as a place to eat, but as a place to work

Clean and spacious layout. Friendly staff and quick service. Get the $7 meal deal. Lots of meat and welll worth it.
Terrible service every time I have went here no matter the size of my order I’m sitting around waiting even if there’s no wait. I am an Amazon driver and don’t have 20 minutes to wait on a fry and a slider!!!
This was the nicest Arby's I have ever been in, the food here was very fresh and good, the staff were wonderful, very nice and helpful. The girl that helped us was Megan and she was very helpful and had great patience with my daughter. The restaurant was very clean as well.

This one has gone downhill from last year. We ordered 2 classic Roast Beef meals and they only gave us the sandwiches, And one drink and couldn't remedy the situation on the spot ignoring us completely at the drive through. At least they didn't charge us for the meals just for what they gave us.
I stopped for a late dinner at this drive through and a gentleman named Ricky took my order. He was exceptionally kind (and patient when it took me a minute to decide what I wanted). He made my day! Amazing service.

I walked in after lunch rush. The place was pretty much empty. The girl behind the counted greeted with a smile and took my order.
The food was just above average. I had the brisket sandwich. It was made in a rush and wasn't made properly even though I was only a customer ordering. No customer behind me or drive through.
The place was clean and tidy. I saw the manager cleaning up while I was waiting for my food.
