Went through drive thru no one was in line but me. They pulled me up and I waited 15 min still no order. Had to call inside and remind them of my order just to wait another 10 mins for food. Then they forgot drink so had to go back in and get that for me as well. Made no sense when I was the only customer!
Alayana needs to sit at home, she has the audacity to tel customer right on my face she is frustrated, because I asked her to remove the medium fries and add to the combo...
And believe me it's was Sunday evening 5pm and not even single flie other me n my family was there to place the order...
Plus she says to the other lady Jordan that she has vry low patience...
Well Arby's you guys need to hire people who are interested to work...
I had a small order a combo meal and one wrap, to take that order she got irritated.. whre in the first place I had to wait for this lady Alayana to come and take my order for 9mins nobody was present at the counter...
And I feel bad for arbys she never said sorry for behavior...
This location is Fantastic. Erica took my order and very pleasant. She seemed happy to serve me. Made sure my order was correct and thanked me. The food was on point. Hot and freshly made. Restaurant was clean inside. One of the best fast food experiences I've had in a long time.
I don't usually write a review for fast food but the service was exceptional at this location. I was impressed that the general manager of this store was upfront and working right beside her co-workers, just as hard as they were. The brisket sandwich was good and the store is clean. The employees create a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. Thumbs up for this eatery.
The crew here is so unprofessional, body language said just leave. Efforts to getting the food was bad! I ordered first but had to wait thru 4 others to get their food which would have been just fine but my crinkle cut fries were curly, mine and my wife's were cold and I had to ask 2x for the cup of cheese that was ordered. Management needs to step up and give some incentives for these people to feel like they matter, how it looked and felt to me
This was my first time eating a roast beef sandwich. It wasn't nasty but I just wasn't thrilled with it. Service was Super Great! I'll stick to their chicken sandwich. I really like that!
We ordered delivery. I ordered a French dip. When the girl got to our hotel room she forgot my drink. While I was waiting for my drink I realize there was no dipping sauce for my French dip. My drink had a seal but my french dip didn't and the container looked beat up.
Other than the cheese sticks being worth the wait and that roast beef with swiss, it really is no place like Arby's with the meat game, side game, and sweet game, all at one place. I hope you'll visit here one day, in my opinion, if I knew how to drive, I wouldn't mind one bit, holding the line up for them cheese sticks.
