This was my first time at an Arby's. The friend I was with loves their roast beef and cheddar sandwich. I'm not a big fan of roast beef, so I wasn't sure what I was going to order. We walked in and the location was very clean and the staff was welcoming. I was happy to see they had an extensive menu, including chicken! I ordered the 5 pieces chicken meal with curly fries. Everything arrived hot! The strips were good and well seasoned. Fries on point and they had Diet Dr. Pepper on tap! You have to try the Bronco sauce, it is delicious!!
I guess I'm just not a big fan of the sandwiches . Food wasn't hot, so when I placed sauce on it, I thought it could have used an air fryer. The jalapeño pops were good. The staff was really attentive and welcoming. Thank you for that. Keep it up and pass on your wonderful customer service sense to those coming in after you. (Especially newbies)
I hadn't eaten at Arby's in many years, but today I decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did. I was greeted by Jeremy with a warm smile that made me feel truly welcome. The manager even brought my food to my table, and later Jeremy checked in on me. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the restaurant was clean—something you don't always find in fast food places. Great job, Arby's team, keep up the good work!
The Chicken on the crispy chicken sandwich it was old and hard to chew. The crinkle cut fries felt like I was shorted only got a half full for the high price we have to pay we should get a full amount the original roast beef what is limited on the beef I guess they are cutting back
I had lunch today at Arby’s on riverside that was the best customer service I have received from fast food in a while. The manager on duty Rebecca was absolutely wonderful! I will be visiting more often. Thank you Rebecca for taking great care of me.
This place is expensive and the meat servings on their promo sandwichs are small now a days.Also, you make a nation wide deal and only kept it a few weeks, we never even got to buy it. Arby's made it appear it was sticking around to compete with other fastfood places. My kids don't even like the food anymore. Good-bye Arby's, you used to be good, will not be back.
I like this location because the manager Takneca is always such a nice person. They way she treats everyone is how all people should be. She definitely makes it a good experience for customers to want to come back. If Arbys ever loses her I bet they would notice the business lost as well. The rest are nice but she takes the time to remember people’s names and what they like to order..Above the rest.
We arrived just after opening. Staff was very friendly and our food was cooked to order and piping hot when it arrived. We were killing time and they didn't seem to mind that we hung out for close to an hour. Bathrooms were very clean.
