Where do I start….well this is by far the worst Arby’s I have had food from. Arby’s is absolutely delicious and amazing but every time I go here I am disappointed and sad. My favorite thing, the buffalo chicken sliders, do NOT taste right. There is never enough buffalo sauce and just a sneeze of ranch. The slider bread didn’t taste right and the chicken seemed….”different”. I’m not upset but this location just makes me sad with their food quality. Idk how else to put it.
0/5 if I could! Ordered Arby’s from UberEats tonight.. got the order WITH THE RECEIPT stuck to the bag with the items I ordered, only to open it and my entire order be missing. The bag was still taped and sealed so I know it wasn’t the driver. How do you forget 4 items out of the 7 we ordered?! That’s over half the order! Of course, tried to get ahold of them and no answer! Just tragic tbh. They don’t even give a crap there, and it’s very obvious. Apparently you need a masters degree in food handling to be a decent worker at Arby’s.
Greg is a super team member. He greeted me when I walked in with a genuinely positive attitude. He kept himself busy and was kind enough to bring me my food at my table. The back of house team was quick too.
Gregg who was working the register was so nice and very helpful. He has a very engaging personality and seems very genuine when he is conversing with customers. He has an upbeat nature that is not common in fast food workers. We need more Gregs in the industry.
Food was hot and fresh, 3/5 is a good value. Store was clean.
Might be the worst Buffalo chicken sandwich. Appears to be a single chicken strip on a bun. The chicken is thin and doesn't cover the bun. The flavor of the Buffalo sauce is good.
I placed my order at the drive through box when I got to the window they had to ask me for my order again..1st red flag. I was given my drink and receipt the receipt was correct. Then they handed me a another drink. Get home and I didn't even get remotely what I ordered. The one taking orders did not want to be at work you could tell. So I paid for a premium sandwich and got a dry regular roast beef. No wander this place is never busy
Market Fresh turkey bacon ranch is the only thing I get. It’s good once in awhile. I don’t eat it that often.
I received my food rather quickly and my order was right. The drive thru person, on the other hand, was less attentive to what they were doing and was more concerned with the conversation they were having with coworkers. I didn't receive my change and had to ask for it, which, by this point, required the manager to reopen the draw so I could have my change.
