The food was good. I didn't like the fact that I wasn't given a wrapper for my sandwich....Everyone who knows about Arby's sandwiches knows that they are very saucy and messy (but delicious). I felt like I was rushed at the drive through despite ordering rather quickly. The cashier at the window sounded and acted like he didn't want to be there....other than the mediocre service, the food was great.
We were the first customers of the day, they didn't really greet or welcome us they actually walked to the back when we came in and we had to wait a bit for them to come to the counter to take our order. I took the kids to the restroom which was dirty, stinky and the trash was full. They were kind enough to let me pick which toys I'd like for the kids meal though. No other customers came in while we were there and they did say thank you when we left and rang the bell.

Before I continue I want to make a few things:
I have a big family so I’m used to having to spend a lot of money/ having a big order, and I’m used to them pulling me to wait, that’s ok!
All the time we go through the drive through they NEVER ask me if it’s a big order and they useualy never had a problem, till now!
So one day my big family decided to go to Arby’s. We pull up. The person who took our order never said anything about being short staffed so we order. We pay. They pull us. A girl by the name of Amanda comes out with our order, shoves the bags in our face, hard enough to where we almost dropped our food, and says “next time you come through and have a big order, tell us before hand cause we are short staffed and only have two people” all in a snotty attitude. Will not be returning will be going to Husker Circle instead.
So I decided to try this store again. My fries were cold and my sandwich had hair in. This is crazy now I won't be back.
Sat in line for almost 15mins just to drive 5 blocks and have ice cold curly fries. That means food is either not being thrown away when it's time or you are not keeping safe temperatures hold times. When you pay almost 30 dollars for 2 meals your food should be hot and fresh. I will let health department know....did everything you ask on your website but how much I spent and my card number....why would I give my card number on a website and I paid cash.....also never got a receipt for my food
It was late so low energies made it abit blah. Food great though!!
We had a great experience. The cashier was very kind and helpful. Our food was hot and served in a timely manner.
There so called Angus burger was a dried out burnt hockey puck
