I would give 0 stars if I could. THEY GAVE ME A RAW FCKING SANDWICH. THERES LITERALLY BLOOD ON THE WRAPPER AND BUN. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN ASAP. IVE NEVER HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE HERE. THEY ARE RUDE AND THEY ALWAYS FORGET MY FOOD
Been to this location a couple times. Service is always good, staff is always friendly. Tried the Diablo dare, went with the chicken. The sandwich is spicy probably for a lot of people. I have a high heat tolerance and I found it to be right amount of spice. I was disappointed in the chicken patty. I would have loved it if it was a little thicker juicier and more like a Chick-fil-A chicken patty or a Zaxby's chicken patty. The fries have the same sauce, seasoning, jalapenos and also have cheese. Pretty good. The Dare comes with a small shake, I'm partial to vanilla.
Waste of money. This Arby's DOES NOT 'have the meats.'
I Ordered a Smokehouse Brisket sandwich meal. When it arrived the box felt almost empty. Turns out, it was!
The amount of meat on my sandwich was pitiful. I took it back up to the counter and showed them, thinking this must be some mistake for a meal that I just paid $12 for. No, I was assured that the tiny piece that didn't even come close to covering the bun was the proper amount.
Came here to grab lunch today and I got this thrown together sandwich and some hardly warm fries. Also as I sat in the drive through I’m guessing the cook came up to the window opened it up closed it right back and started to adjust himself and his pants with the same gloves on he’s preparing food with while the girl in drive through was playing on her phone. I get that it may be hard to find some help but I’d gladly pay another couple bucks for decent food along with someone with a pleasant attitude and cleanliness…..
Boy, has this place gone downhill! I was there about 5pm and went thru the drive thru. Workers appear to have a bad attitude and don't want to be there. I ordered a couple basic sandwiches and fries. Was told to pull up by the back door even though there were no other cars in drive thru. I did and waited about 15 minutes before he brought the food out. Handed it to me and never said a word to me.
I guess I better look for a new place because they won't be open long with employees with a chip on their shoulder. They must be hiring from the same place as Popeyes. Terrible experience!!!
Update: After that last experience I decided to try it again. I went thru the drive thru and ordered their Family Pack. He asked me what the Family Pack had in it? I read off the items. Then he said "we're out of roast beef". Really, a roast beef restaurant is out of roast beef????? What happened to "Arby's, we have the beef!"? And the guy didn't really seem to be too concerned about it.
This place should go ahead and turn the lights out cause it's over!
Waited in line for 2 minutes. I was handed cold burnt curly fries. I visited the location on 8/19/2023 @ 145 the driver thru cashier did not provide her name. I asked for fresh fries she got an attitude went and put some fresh fries on the top and left the cold burnt fries at the bottom. I will never visit this location again. Poor customer service
Service was pretty good although I had to remind the Young Lady that I bought Curly Fries and not regular fries of which she placed into my bag.
Brand new store yet we went there around 8p and there was literally 3 people working, the assistant mngr, a girl on drive-thru and 1 guy making sandwiches. The assistant manager was in the lobby eating and we were the only customers in the restaurant yet we waited almost 10 mins for our order to be taken without even an apology. I doubt we'll returning to this location any time soon.
